    So I ordered @Bell fiber Internet for the new place a few days ago (I hate Bell but it's literally my only option for fiber.) Today, before the Internet has even been installed, a third-party called to try and upsell me TV service. Great start.

    @M_Nichol @Bell_Support @Bell Matt Join the club!: I spent 7 hr on the phone w bell over 2 days as my Internet was down for 4 days & they also charged me $650 while I was away, even though my Internet was supposed to be disconnected for the whole 6 months… day 5 - no manager call back yet on this😠 #Bell👎

    @bell @Bell_Support Hi Bell, I’ve been a loyal customer for 10+ years. On June 2nd I called customer care for a two device upgrade, one iPhone 12 and 1 iPhone 12 Pro Max, as well as two bring your own devices. In total I agreed to subscribe to a four device family plan.
