🌤 L&G Weather, News & Traffic ☃️ (@WeatherLandG) reported from Augusta, Ontario@GratisLoqui @Bell @EORN_CA I 100% agree. To @EORN_CA the problem has been solved and Xplornet was the solution in their eyes. Curious how many of the board members at EORN have that service. It’s not adequate. I have Joe 15 and currently getting 5 on a good day. 🤬

🌤 L&G Weather, News & Traffic ☃️ (@WeatherLandG) reported from Augusta, Ontario@747_s @Bell @EORN_CA @SteveClarkPC @MikeBarrettON @Xplornet Our friends at @EORN_CA are supposed to be representing us but they’re endorsing an inferior service. They need to ditch Xplornet and support reliable, affordable carriers that people here can afford. I pay over $100 a month for 15 Mbps this is not a reasonable expense!

🌤 L&G Weather, News & Traffic 🌡 (@WeatherLandG) reported from Augusta, OntarioIn 9 years my rural internet has improved…from 7 Mbps down 1 up to 35 Mbps down 5 up. 50 down / 10 up is considered essential in Canada but @bell boasts that their customers get 3 GB down 3 GB up. I live in a subdivision 5 mins north of @TownofPrescott not the middle of the bush

Scotia Systems (@scotiasystems) reported@Bell Really disappointed- contacted support and told that we have to have both mobile and home internet to be eligible?! At the same time the agent was trying to upsell new packages - the last thing we care about right now!
-
Jewelz (@JewelzForever) reported@Raptors @Bell I lost so many friends to mental illness / drugs and guns. The worst part is they perished for no reason. Good people.

William Gorelander (@theGorelander) reported@Bell I’ll never go back to Bell.

AMS - T!m Houston is Killing Nova Scotians (@a_m_s_ns) reported@Bell_Support For those of us who still have spotty internet with our phones (not to mention spotty phone service!), there's no point in giving us 50 GB we'll never be able to access. If you really care about us as customers, GIVE US A BREAK ON OUR BILL!... 1/2
-
Tidal Lion (@TidalWavesLion) reported@Bell_Support I know there's power outages affecting your service rn, but 50GBs of free data does SFA when our connection is set to "Emergency calls only"/ we get no bars for the best part of 72 hrs and counting. We can barely even make calls or get ANY service. Appreciate it but not helping
-
Emily Knight (@EmilyJKnight123) reported@Bell_Support over the last week I've experienced the worst customer service in MY LIFE with Bell. The HOURS of calls with your team over the last week should be used as training on what not to do for all customer service teams. Absolutely disastrous.

AMS - T!m Houston is Killing Nova Scotians (@a_m_s_ns) reported@Bell_Support Speaking for myself, if I have to pay full price for this month, I'll be looking for another provider!... I don't give two sweet ***** that there was a hurricane. I've lived through worse over the course of my 60 years on this planet, and I have NEVER been without phone! 2/2

Cassandra Reese (@SandwichDiva66) reported@Bell why am I still waiting to talk to a rep after 1 hour? Maybe I should just unplug all of your crap, get a new provider and not pay you anymore? You can't provide customer service. Your music SUCKS and has static to make us hang up. Step it up, for Pete's sake.
