    @Bell_Support we have terrible cell reception out in south alton in ns. Bell had mini cell phone tower last year. Are u going install again this year until a permanent tower is installed?

    @Bell I called Bell for internet cancellation and the customer rep was very rude once realized that I am actually cancelling the service. Please train your customer service rep better than that.

    @Bell Can you please bring Bell Fibre to Manilla Ontario? Sick of the terrible prices and internet connection quality of the local service provided and need something far more reliable.

    Upgrade your cell towers @Bell @TELUS in Nova Scotia especially the south shore. Only 1 bar of LTE on a good day. But I get full service of 3G that’s useless

    @Bell_Support Hi, I'm getting an error when trying to access my PVR, saying "the connection to your pvr may be temporarily unavailable" and I want to reach out and check if PVRs are on a cloud service now, and if so if that service is down. I am in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada

    @bell @Bell_Support Once again I receive your bill AND once again the discount I was promised was "permanent and never needing to be renewed" is not applied to my bill. I spent almost 3 hours on the phone for nothing. Your customer service is deplorable.
