    @Bell_Support we have terrible cell reception out in south alton in ns. Bell had mini cell phone tower last year. Are u going install again this year until a permanent tower is installed?

    @Bell WORSE customer service, Ever…. You call them and they are not even providing you any service, any alternative nothing…just the worse, plus get your people to speak english i had to make them repeat 4-5 times…

    I spend 30 mins “trouble shooting” with one of your “technicians” to try and fix my PVR issue, only to be hung up on?! WTAF @BellAliant @Bell_Support I am sick of the substandard service!!!

    services in January. Your representative knew this all along and didn’t inform me that services had to be activated within 30 days to receive the gift card. Now you’re telling me I can cancel the order and try again in January when this sale doesn’t apply?! @Bell

    @Bell Go to the website and make your own plan. It's the best way to get what you need without getting stuff you don't. Ex for TV, select starter edition which is less than Basic but still has the main channels; cancel the $5 time zone thing b/c you don't need it. Have a look.

    @Bell_Support internet has been down since yesterday. Any idea when service will resume? Pretty hard to work from home or do virtual school with no internet!
