    @Bell_Support we have terrible cell reception out in south alton in ns. Bell had mini cell phone tower last year. Are u going install again this year until a permanent tower is installed?

    @Bell Thanks for responding. Please stop the calls warning I'll lose service if I don't connect within 30 days. The delay isn't on my end. @Bell hasn't completed the installation. How can I connect to a service that hasn't been delivered? Connect to what, exactly?

    @Bell Iโ€™ve now contacted Chat and Escalation phone 7 times. The service is cancelled without an information, no one knows why, and I keep giving my email and phone # for 24-72h call. And I keep not receiving any contacts. Just do better.

    Called Bell again and they say theyโ€™ll โ€œescalate itโ€ and โ€œmaybeโ€ have it fixed later today. No guarantee, no urgency. Their casual response while our patients wait is incredibly frustrating. This keeps happening. When your internet provider disrupts a medical clinic, it directly harms real people who need care today. We fell a little like this image portrays ๐Ÿคฌ @Bell @Bell_Support Please help us now! Our patients deserve it.

    @Bell Bell-I attempt to upgrade my wireless home internet package and your customer service team CANCELS my existing plan;now it will take 8 days for a tech to replace a modem that already works-all because you can't reactive my old plan.Seriously, how can you be so incompetent!
