  @Bell_Support we have terrible cell reception out in south alton in ns. Bell had mini cell phone tower last year. Are u going install again this year until a permanent tower is installed?

  @DemorestKe48215 @Reil76 @Bell 90% of the time its the modem going bad, usually they only last 2-3 years. Threaten to move to another company unless they replace that modem and discount your service.

  @infamousadam13 @Reil76 @Bell When I used to work phone support I learned the trick, most Canadian support lines that handle French support always bring you to a bilingual service in Canada, but English support usually sends you to the Phillipenes where they are trained to sound more Canadian

  @Bell Your loyalty team is brutal You dont care about customers or excellent customer service They hung up on me after giving me the insulting offer and no call back Funny you dont want to help me out now after 6 hours on the phone, and when I leave you will call daily for a month
