@747_s @Bell @EORN_CA @SteveClarkPC @MikeBarrettON @Xplornet Our friends at @EORN_CA are supposed to be representing us but they’re endorsing an inferior service. They need to ditch Xplornet and support reliable, affordable carriers that people here can afford. I pay over $100 a month for 15 Mbps this is not a reasonable expense!

  • WeatherLandG 🌤 L&G Weather, News & Traffic ☃️ (@WeatherLandG) reported from Augusta, Ontario

@GratisLoqui @Bell @EORN_CA I 100% agree. To @EORN_CA the problem has been solved and Xplornet was the solution in their eyes. Curious how many of the board members at EORN have that service. It’s not adequate. I have Joe 15 and currently getting 5 on a good day. 🤬

@MobileSyrup Thought I'd take a Look at @Bell since I've been with @Rogers for so long, but Bells website makes it so difficult to build out a comparable service to see if it is even worth looking.

@Bell our modem not working and your representative saying it takes 3-5 days to shipping?? Are you serious ?? What kind of service is this?? Do we get credit for all this delay??

  • JoeyLoganoFaNN Brianne! (@JoeyLoganoFaNN) reported

@Bell your customer service sucks. Your customer service reps are ignorant as ****.

  • Phokse_Guy James Possamai (@Phokse_Guy) reported

I am guessing @Bell doesn't let me tweet because all of their employees giggle or hang up on me. Neither is funny.

  • _zombieoverlord J (@_zombieoverlord) reported

@Bell_LetsTalk Time for @Bell's marketing campaign that takes advantage of serious issues for their cheapest promotion of the year. Push their name trending for less than the cost if a single 30 second Super Bowl ad all while guilting people into doing the work for them.😡 Then writing it off.

  • dpearce58 Dan Pearce (@dpearce58) reported

@Bell_Support Internet and TV are now back. A second power down and reset seems to have fixed it.

  • nlchristinaaa Christina (@nlchristinaaa) reported

Hey @Bell_Support, not sure what kind of CSRs you have working your loyalty department this morning but the man I just got was horrendous. Answered the phone with a curt "Hello," no name, and wanted me to cancel my services instead of trying to keep me as a customer.

  • m3t4lw01f m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@justinpitcher @Bell I absolutely agree. Sasktel has a service that's 10 down 2 up and it's $150 a month. After 200GB it's throttled to 2 down, 256k up. Or, pay $100 for 100GB and then pay $20/25GB up to 100GB then $3/GB after that. Neither of them are even useful with those limits.

  • RamenTaco1 RamenTaco (@RamenTaco1) reported

Hey @Bell why am I being charged for a month of service at an apartment that I no longer live at? This is some BS right here.
