    @747_s @Bell @EORN_CA @SteveClarkPC @MikeBarrettON @Xplornet Our friends at @EORN_CA are supposed to be representing us but they’re endorsing an inferior service. They need to ditch Xplornet and support reliable, affordable carriers that people here can afford. I pay over $100 a month for 15 Mbps this is not a reasonable expense!

    @GratisLoqui @Bell @EORN_CA I 100% agree. To @EORN_CA the problem has been solved and Xplornet was the solution in their eyes. Curious how many of the board members at EORN have that service. It’s not adequate. I have Joe 15 and currently getting 5 on a good day. 🤬

    @Bell 1 bar of service in my house in Edmonton. This is now effecting my job, dropped calls poor quality. Known issue in the area Bell support says but nothing ever gets done. How can we fix this?

    @Bell_Support Can you please advise an eta on resolving the mail host issues for customers. Unable to receive email from external clients in addition to being unable to send.

    @Bell I was frustrated that you (BCE) charged my Visa for over a year for internet service that was never rendered (and box never delivered) and then told me I wasn't entitled to a refund because I took too long to contact you. Resolved but never again will I be ringing your Bell.

    @Bell I’ve spent more time on the phone with Bell than with family all together since moving my shop 3 wks ago.Customer service is pleasant & they have been beyond nice but this morning I have no phone/no internet. The poor guy seemed as confused as I am. No visa/debit =no sales

    Called @Bell for help getting the proper cord for the modem on our month old internet account. Response from Bell rep: you don’t have an account. Go buy your own cord. 🤔 Great service as always @Bell_Aliant
