  @Bell I love the fact you guys throttle my internet after 100 gb of data. I might actually cancel my service after 1 month. And having 1gbps upload and 8mgps download is ridiculous

  @Bell_Support I have been on the phone for 1 hr and 10 minutes for support. The new PVR you sent me is not working. She is telling me to do the same thing over and over and said she can’t send a technician! I’m about to switch to another provider if you can’t solve this problem!!

  Hey Bell! Curious, does your fraud department actually exist? Have contacted and created multiple claims and haven't heard or seen anything come from Bell. So much for customer support. Explains why people end up with people hacking their accounts and stealing. @Bell_Support

  @bell new home customer internet/cable. placed a call July 30th. Only getting partial service promised by salesman. No callback yet. Not a good start

  @broddy83 @Reil76 @Bell i’m on the fence about switching to fibre since they are installing it on my street. it is a lot faster but i don’t want to switch from cable and have these issues.

  @Reil76 @Bell They are the worst. Had issues with my fibre receiver always going out and needing to reboot. Called tech and their response was, well it’s working now so what’s the problem. Escalated and gave 20+ dates/ times of issue and they finally sent new receiver.
