    Wow @Rogers has moved all customer service back to Canada. Had many frusting calls to India trying to get @Bell internet to work ~ never again

    @Bell Please train your employees or at least a department of employees on how to manage cancelations effectively, especially when it comes to canceling an account on behalf of deceased person. The process to cancel my spouse's account thus far has been nothing short of awful.

    @Bell_Support The Fibe service appears to be down, in Don Mills (North York) Ontario. Modem has no connection (red light) and therefore no TV, no Internet, and no phone.

    @Bell @Bell My daughter disabled with Cerebral Palsy, like every kid now is at home having internet schooling. Im widowed father My Bell account is suspended, due to pass due. Im sorry, I lost my Engineer job at Aviation (you know how bad is it now) due to Government shut down
