I’m confused. I’m paying @Cogeco $81 per month including tax for 120Mbps download. And @Bell just sent me an offer of 15Mbps download on Fibe for $85. Is #Bell nuts thinking this is a good plan? Am I missing something? That seems like a lot for a very slow connection. #Internet

@Bell_Support Just so the world here knows they told me in dm that this is exactly correct. There's no way to finance your remaining phone balance and if you resign a contract you lose your current cheaper rate plan. Absolutely disgusting. Will never do business with @bell again.

My ISP opens a support ticket with @Bell for my connection. Bell calls me with a pre-recorded message “your ISP has indicated you are having a problem with your line. Please contact your ISP to get this resolved quickly.“ Rinse, lather, repeat. #CustomerService #fail

@Bell A Rep just informed me that when my contract is up I am not allowed to sign a new contract and finance the remaining balance on my phone, despite having no problem financing the rest of the phone. Please explain this to me and make it make sense.

@Bell a Rep just informed me that when I resign my contract I cannot keep my current rate plan and I will be forced into a more expensive rate plan. Please explain to me how you are supporting customer loyalty by forcing your repeat customers to pay higher rates.
