She told me she will have a manager call me ( my request) between now and monday.. Mind is blown. I bet if I was calling to add a line it would have been dealt with . @bell

Tech support made them reboot and when it didn't fix them bullied them into being charged $30 for a new remote, which will be snail mailed to them. @Bell "support" refused to send a tech out. Cobra5point0 (@Cobra5point0) reported@FF_MuTeX @Bell I had a similar issue when I first got fiber and it was actually condensation build up on the pole where the line comes to my house that was causing a disrupt. Have them climbed the pole ourside and checked the connection there?
