She told me she will have a manager call me ( my request) between now and monday.. Mind is blown. I bet if I was calling to add a line it would have been dealt with . @bell

I hate Bell. Changing companies currently. Bell is a joke. Add on charges monthly.

I've worked in IT. If I had a customer-impacting outage that lasted 24h+, I would've been fired--rightly. This is outrageous.
