  @Bell_Support I have been on the phone for 1 hr and 10 minutes for support. The new PVR you sent me is not working. She is telling me to do the same thing over and over and said she can’t send a technician! I’m about to switch to another provider if you can’t solve this problem!!

  @Bell If I DM what do you expect me to share with you? Why not fix your dang virtual assistant that no matter what I select it says that your systems have an error and cannot put callers through an agent. Are you paying agents to do nothing? Do you just have the virtual assistant?

  After a whole week, @Bell has been unable to address my email issues. One week. Can you imagine not having access to your email for a week? Bell technical said they would email me with a status update. You can’t make this stuff up

  @DemorestKe48215 @Reil76 @Bell 90% of the time its the modem going bad, usually they only last 2-3 years. Threaten to move to another company unless they replace that modem and discount your service.
