    @bell That was the strangest customer service experience Iโ€™ve ever had and Iโ€™m not confident in what I was instructed to do. This is the second time I have a weird experience with your cs. I appreciate the attempt but I canโ€™t shop with you any more.

    BREAKING NEWS ๐Ÿšจ After 4 years of faithful service, @Bell and I have mutually agreed to go our separate ways. I have successfully escaped a $90+ monthly phone bill and migrated to $39.55, with a pathway to $33.60 in 30 days.     @Bell why does it take 3 hrs at a phone store to get a new phone. Stop treating customers as a burden and phone purchase /migration as a complex issue. I can buy a phone in any other country in 15mins.

    @Bell you guys have the worst service ever have had a downed telephone pole in our yard for over two months and I contacted you two months ago and four times since then and you guys say you will take care of it and you send someone every time and itโ€™s still not replaced

    @Bell Thanks for responding. Please stop the calls warning I'll lose service if I don't connect within 30 days. The delay isn't on my end. @Bell hasn't completed the installation. How can I connect to a service that hasn't been delivered? Connect to what, exactly?

    @bellcanadahater @Bell Worst tech support. Transferred me to 4 different people within 2 hours, each of them left no notes on the account and I ended up doing same thing for each of them still no resolution and was asked to pay 75cad for a technician visit.

    @Bell_Support I've lost all confidence in this process.@Bell technician damaged my home, and despite months of followups, no one has come to fix it. I've also been without internet service for the last 3 months,yet I'm still being billed. This is completely unacceptable. #Bell #CustomerService

    I can barely get @manitobahydro updates about the 17+ hour outage because the @bell service is so awful. Great job everybody.
