    @Bell_Support @SunilKadikar You know, if Bell could be bothered to provide adequate technical support options, maybe they wouldn't need to keep begging customers to DM them every time a customer posts to the internet seeking support. We shouldn't have to turn to Twitter to access @Bell_Support.

    @Bell why are you charging me for service I don't have? I just paid my bill & then pops up a home phone bill. I have internet & 4 cells. Why am I getting all these extra charges? This is NOT what I signed up for. Pls dm me so we can rectifie this problem.

    Not usually one for these type of tweets but DONE with @Bell @Bell_Support. Into day two of no phone, wifi or TV. ZERO outreach, only info is from us calling or DM. Vague details of a fix by 10 pm tomorrow. Unacceptable. Rogers, here we come.

    @Bell_Support Internet in my neighbourhood (Woodbine-Lumsden) has been out since ~1pm yesterday. Unacceptable. I need it to do my job. Hotspotting from my @RogersMobileCa phone barely gets me by. Really missing @beanfield and their reliable service.
