  • entz_matt Matt Entz (@entz_matt) reported

@PHILLYMoX @Bell Switched from Bell to Rogers. Way better service. Way cheapest

  • mcf88 Maria (@mcf88) reported

@Bell well. I was suppose to get a call back “48 hours” after my call and surprise surprise. One full week and no phone call returned. We will be to blame for their embarrassing customer service. Thank you for hurting small businesses.

  • JeffreyLuscombe Jeffrey Luscombe (@JeffreyLuscombe) reported from Toronto, Ontario

My favourite line working with @Bell_Support when I asked them to try calling my phone line when it suddenly went down. “We cannot call out by phone.” The phone company said (wrote) that to me. They cannot call out by phone.

@drivermcivor @Bell They share the same network infrastructure. so nope!

  • Cire4491 Cire33 (@Cire4491) reported

I guess @Bell doesn't want to provide internet to Nunavut. Zero support from @Bell or their single representative for the entire territory in Iqaluit. I guess @qiniq is the right option

  • truthful_moon A Truthful Moon (@truthful_moon) reported

@Bell I have not had service since Saturday! When will my internet be restored! I work online!

  • CorrieCorriecc Corrie Carpenter (@CorrieCorriecc) reported

@Bell worst customer service on the planet! Moved to Rogers decades ago and swore I would never go back to Bell until Rogers became just as bad so tried Bell again to have spent the last month with countless calls and promises, still no phones a month later and to today getting..

  • ashcatluna Ash Cat (@ashcatluna) reported

@Bell @bellforbetter $112 for homephone service is disgusting. I live in a rural community with no cell service and this is my only option. Bell for better? Really? Homephone is a basic need. You want to help communities? Start with affordable service for all.

  • SuzieGoo Suzanne Hamilton (@SuzieGoo) reported

@Bell_Support My internet has been down since before 11am today. I work from home, so this negatively impacts my livelihood. Will Bell issue a credit for this outage since it has been down for my work day? I am in Milton, ON. Would love to know when it will be back up!
