@Bell_Support Any internet issues in Truro? I have almost zero upload. Download is fine. Nothing different with my usage or setup. I did a reboot of modem. Still almost no upload speed.

@Bell_Support do you provide any training whatsoever to your tech support? This is my third one hour call ... and each time you send me new equipment but the problem isn't fixed, and you keep wanting to send more equipment. Having trouble believing your team is this incompetent.

Switch from @Rogers to @Bell_Support and already regretting it 2 days without service great start by bell. Rogers was providing shity service but atleast there was service.

Hey @Bell_Support how do I get a replacement HD receiver? I've done the steps to reboot it. It will not power on itself. Your website is not very helpful in taking the next steps with regard to hardware replacement. Please help.

@Bell Time to do some way better damage control. If you can’t honour your own contracts I’m not sure how you can expect people to honour their contract with you.
