Vik Sandhu (@viksandhu) reportedI had returned a faulty PVR (for the 3rd time) and @Bell_News @Bell_Support didn't receive it from Purolater and rather than deciding to follow up with that company (it says in transit on the tracking) they decided to charge me. The PVR they gave me this time is also broken.
