@Bell_Support I have been having issues with my internet for over 6 months. My modem was replaced twice and I’m still having issues. The CSR reps continue to “troubleshoot” and there is no resolve. I work from home and I’m constantly being disconnected from my meetings

Absolutely love how I had a 200$ credit on my phone bill going into 2023 with @Bell and I switched providers to save 65$ on my monthly bill, and now going into 2023 I have a huge bill owing to Bell, who can **** right off!

@Bell - why should I even pay for service so slow that that it takes less time to make a pot of tea then for my effing email to load!? And NO! Please DO NOT contact me in an attempt to sell me a new expensive router - that's not the problem and we both know this!

@Bell_Support I HIGHLY doubt you guys will be of any help. The 3 supervisors I have spoken to were absolutely useless, so I doubt twitter support will be any better. Thanks though!

@Bell_Support I’m sick and tired of spending hours on the phone trying to resolve my issues. This is a repeated issue and the issue is greater than just having the modem replaced
