    @Bell_Support Any internet issues in Truro? I have almost zero upload. Download is fine. Nothing different with my usage or setup. I did a reboot of modem. Still almost no upload speed.

    3) We were then without internet which took 24 hours and an hour of being on hold to fix. Set up another appointment and they were to come today and have everything done and we were told it would only take an hour. I call to confirm and I’m told someone will be there b4 5. @Bell

    @Bell_Support There have been numerous technicians, numerous escalated calls to customer service, numerous times we have asked for refunding for internet. The point is, GET FIBER OUT PAST NORTH AUGUSTA ON JELLYBY ROAD.

    @Bell From last 7 years continue complaint’s about the very low signal in our area. Amber Trail’s / Amber-gates close to Garden city in Winnipeg Lots of time we have to come out side to attend the call No one came to fix this problem is this is your service? Check your Records

Still sitting here twiddling my thumbs and the only response I get is - Yeah your neighborhood is currently down with ETA on when services will be restored. Seems like its time to make the Switch to Bell.

    Biggest culture shock returning to Canada after many years in the US: mobile plans are an absolute rip-off. Doesn’t helped that I went with @Bell, who has by far the worst customer service of ANY company I’ve had to deal with.
