Transferred 7 times, intermittently on hold 35 times, just to reboot an internet box. AND I thought Xplornet sucks. @Bell has them beat hands down.

We had push button after that. I missed the rotary dial. I used to dial just before a phone in contest & hold the last digit release when the contest called🤫
