    @CraveTVHelp Thank you for your horrible customer service...not helpful at all call the number they hang up then I call back and are extremely unhelpful @Bell But doesn't surprise me because of who runs it @CraveTVCanada

    Wow just off the phone with @Fidomobile and this is the exact quote of the supervisor I spoke with: "we don't care if we lose your business". I've been a loyal customer for last 15 years, but this is just ridiculous @FidoSolutions #CustomerServiceFail #fidosucks @Bell here i come

    @Bell_Support was just told by an escalation supervisor that 3 days without service, not being able to work and having to spend almost FOUR hours on the phone, more than half on hold is worth $45. Cancelled my service. @RogersHelps feel free to contact me. #customerservice #TO

    @Fidomobile To bad @Fidomobile rips their customers off on travel packages to the USA now. Went from $50 to $60 to now a whopping $105 per month per line, #RipOff. @fido is now as bad as @TELUS ,@Rogers and @Bell for #ripping customers off. Canadians deserve better!

    @Bell_Support Why do you need that info? Why can’t you just make sure that csrs are doing their jobs ALL THE TIME for every customer. Deal with it on here. In public and tell me what you are doing about this.
