    This is hardly news but @Bell has the worst setup for customer service I have ever encountered. Trying to help mom and dad change the credit card their automatic mobility payment comes out of and it’s a positively comical procedure

    @bell, @CraveTVHelp, We are now more than halfway through a week of my #CraveTV service being largely non-functioning. I hope that this period will be credited back to me, and if we surpass a week, I will demand it. Nice phone support, btw. Spent 15 minutes on hold, then dropped.

    @PXAbstraction @Bell My modem does this already. Hell, I don't know of a modem that doesn't log the types of data used and monitor the up and down stream speeds. Hell, QoS pretty much does this if it's on, so the only reason to ad that device is because Bell doesn't want to get on hot water sharing

    We pay almost $200/month for @Bell Fibe and i still had to stream the @MapleLeafs game tonight because my package doesn't include SNO. Garbage. Canceling this dumpster fire of a service

    @PXAbstraction @Bell Your connection should be free for the duration of the monitoring. That would ensure they don't let it drag out. "Oopsies, did we forget to end the monitoring? Our bad!"

    @Bell_Support Functionally useless data speeds, usually Sub 1mbps over the last week or so. Noticed mostly at work (catarqui centre Kingston) while on break. So bad you can't even send an iMessage most of the time.

I think its shameless how they been fighting one sick woman like me all these years & keep adding insult to injury like they did by taking these money w no warning

    @Bell_Support we are seeing No Service currently on our mobile phones in Wellesley, ON. Normally our reception is excellent.
