Hey @Bell What's with the random changing of prices each month? Aren't there regulations that require you to notify your clients and respect contracts? Up/down/up/down. Up $6 here, up $0.05 there. Greedy much?

  • shackers04 Sar Ah (@shackers04) reported

Rant. Son phone stolen 30 March. @Bell is provider. Loss insurance in place. Had to contact @Asurion and they have terrible service and antiquated reporting system. Will be very glad when the @Bell contract is up. Still no phone.

@Bell I’m trying to purchase internet for my business and your online chat experience is abysmal. I canceled my home package with you last year because of your terrible customer service. I see things haven’t changed much. @rogerscable I’ll be in touch.

  • SaraStashick Sara (she/her) (@SaraStashick) reported

Loyalty dude: I'm confident everything will be fine, please take the new modem. Me: No, give me back the money @Bell took without providing the service promised... Loyalty dude: Don't worry, you'll love the new modem. Me: Cancel my service. 4/4

@Bell_Support Hey, just to let you know that this public concern is so fake since no one has replied to my DM. Is it your policy to charge your customers for a service they never received and then give them a Kafkaesque level of nightmare of a runaround. 🥸

  • GabbyTotesau Gabrielle Totesau (@GabbyTotesau) reported

Anyone else on Toronto's east end having an issue with FibeTV - @Bell_Support isn't v supportive #sigh

  • GerhardMack1 Gerhard Mack (@GerhardMack1) reported

@Bell tech called from their executive support line "We really don't need IPv6 because we have so many IPs." Never mind that it makes it harder to debug IPv6 configs when I am working on web servers. I need a new ISP, and someone who isn't "slow upload" @Videotron .

  • crich_da_kid Patrick (@crich_da_kid) reported

@Bell @Bell_LetsTalk terrible service support from bell fibe. I left my provider a week ago, less than a week of bell service & an outage for 3 days now. None came the 8 to 5 window today Same window tmw. If this is my treatment as a new customer what can I expect in time?
