@Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

@AndrewButters91 @Bell_Support Quite possibly! But they should have even, dependable service as a regulated monopoly, which pretty much guarantees profits. And makes it hard to defend service that is below par. However, no replies from Bell yet. Typical.

We have had 4 (!!!!!) different @Bell technicians come to our house to fix a problem, and it STILL isn’t fixed. Beyond irritating.

@TSpencerNairn @Bell_Support I do my own tech support. Takes a bit longer maybe, but less agrivating.

  • analog_nick Nicholas Parry (@analog_nick) reported

I’ve been on the phone with @bell for 2 hours while they try to fix my internet and at the 2 hour mark a second call from Bell came through asking how my service call went lolz.

  • ron_bootsma ron bootsma (@ron_bootsma) reported

@TSpencerNairn @Bell_Support I got rid of @Bell six months ago. We are still sharing quality time on the phone while I try to get the last of the equipment returned and final, final, final billing sorted out. They asked in I would use Bell again. I won't say never but I will need to be some desperate.
