    @Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

    On our bill as being “not returned” and every month my mother has to call in and get the charges taken off, and surprise surprise every single month that charge is put back ON the bill! @Bell your customer service is abhorrent

    @Bell_Support It shouldn't take transferring to 5 different agents only for one of them to confirm your account is provisioned wrong after an upgrade which is the cause of your no data. Not that you're over your cap which doesn't exist if they just looked at the damn screen.

    @Bell @Bell_Support Account cancelled month ago, instead of getting prorated refund, still getting bills, equipements already returned and confirmed. called customer service, looks like they are located somewhere in traffic with lot of noise and have no idea what's happening.
