@Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

@Eastlink your tech support customer service is horrible , had Justin from your call centre in Jamaica burp, laugh &then hang up in my ear after asking for a supervisor because he wouldn’t help me, after this interaction I’m looking into @bell after being with you for 6+ yrs.

  • SonicTooth99 Danielle Lacelle (she/her)☮️ (@SonicTooth99) reported

It is highly ironic to have a customer service person from @Bell_Support tell you that you are breaking up...🙄🤔

  • raymiller80 Oskee Ray Ray (@raymiller80) reported

The stupid #Bell5G "supersonic train" ad that @CTV insists on showing every break makes me wish I wasn't in a 2 year contract with @Bell, so I could cancel immediately.

  • Northerngold01 Rob Logan (@Northerngold01) reported

@Bell_Support I have numerous times, I politely asked your phone representative that phoned me to try an sell me another package, to cancel all CBC channels. He abruptly hung up on me. I am a 26 year customer, an that is how you treat me.

  • SonicTooth99 Danielle Lacelle (she/her)☮️ (@SonicTooth99) reported

@Bell_Support Thanks for responding. I just completed my phone call with your loyalty department and my issue was resolved.

  • ZarkMuckherbarn Genetic Freak AlphAlpha (@ZarkMuckherbarn) reported

The @Bell is even worse You believe in absolute ****.

  • marylougeorge2 Mary Lou George (@marylougeorge2) reported

@Bell_LetsTalk @Bell abuse of its customers has caused more mental damage than the #LetsTalk campaign has helped. Maybe if this greedy company stopped its parasitic treatment of Canadians things might improve. Stop preying on us!

  • BeneathSports Beneath Sports Podcast (@BeneathSports) reported

@Bell our internet has been out since and no one has done anything to help us. Out in carrying place, ON. Is anything that could be done? We were told that service won't come back until Tuesday

  • schrambo18 Alan Schram (@schrambo18) reported

@Bell_LetsTalk Haha yes @bell let’s talk, why in a pandemic did you raise my bill 3 times with the service getting worse. Can’t even watch a YouTube video with out it buffering and I have your highest speed for fibre?

  • JohnStrikwerda John (@JohnStrikwerda) reported

@Taggart7 The ratio on @bell will be so bad this year.
