@Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

Hey @bell @TSN_Sports what gives? So basically a 60 minutes game is down to 40 yet when you need to collect your monthly fee for service(or lack of) should we expect a rebate? Maybe subscribers should try and send in a payment with 30% missing and see how they react?

@Bell_Support any updates on the service outage in Montreal? The service outage started yesterday around 4 pm and you send an initial estimate for restoring the service, but no communication since! :(
