@Bell_Support Is there an outage in Gatineau?

  • becauseisaidso Wash Your Hands (@becauseisaidso) reported from Mississippi Mills, Ontario

@Bell_Support my husband is on the phone with you right now. $30/mo ext warranty didn’t cover anything. Your 3rd party provider demanded affidavits & hoops, declined to service us, & pushed us to the manufacturer, who said you can send us 1000 bucks and the phone. This is 💩

  • bethke Shawn Bethke (@bethke) reported from Gatineau, Québec

Bell customer service at an all time low and that's saying something for a company that horrible to begin with. @Bell

  • lmlais Laís Maurílio (@lmlais) reported from Gatineau, Québec

Hey @Bell ! My husband in on the phone for almost 40 minutes to cancel his mobile line. Someone talk to him in less than 1 and a half minute, but as long as he said CANCELLATION he’s on hold. What a shame. @BellCanadaWatch

  • matbeausoleil Mat Beausoleil (@matbeausoleil) reported from Gatineau, Québec

@Bell_Support Because we moved and changed our number, the offers are no longer valid. What a fail! No incentives to bring customers over - makes no sense!

  • matbeausoleil Mat Beausoleil (@matbeausoleil) reported from Gatineau, Québec

@care_hebert @dprlot @Bell_Support Yes if you dabbled with the password you would lose access when the network came back. You can always contact Bell support for a new password if you can’t find yours :)

  • sportsrefs Dave Patterson (@sportsrefs) reported from Gatineau, Québec

@Bell tech support, nice job speeding up the wifi (to something close to the promised amount), but did not ask to have the PVR contents vaporized. That was an unpleasant surprise.

@cdnironhead @Bell CRTC would never allow it in Canada

  • mcgivr420 Arm chair Insider (@mcgivr420) reported

@Bell how is it that in 2025 I still can't decent phone service in downtown Calgary. The hell are we overpaying for?

  • winstarvander Chris Vander Doelen (@winstarvander) reported

@cogeco fibre is still dark. Site says an outage in the area (no kidding). @Bell is installing fibre around the corner, so . . .

  • ham_basshogg The AI Automation Agency (@ham_basshogg) reported

Anybody else out there that works for @bell and doesnt get paid? I never realized I worked for these people until I ordered a service. #bellsucks

  • allenchiverson Chris (@allenchiverson) reported

@BellAliant @Bell the new fibeop boxes are not good. Buggy, slow and a downgrade from the last product. Also the fact that you want to charge people $50 to set up the new product themselves is outrageous. Couldn’t even comp our second box rental or a wifi pod. So much for loyalty

  • MattCundill Matt Cundill | Voiceover 🎙️ | Podcast Wizard 🎤 (@MattCundill) reported

@toddamus @Bell When you have an oligopoly, it becomes a slow race to the bottom. Canada pays the most on planet earth for cell phone coverage. Canadians are true losers for putting up with it.

  • zammitpdsb Kristy Zammit (@zammitpdsb) reported

@toddamus @Bell Bell isn’t fibre optics everywhere even though that’s their claim. We switched back because they couldn’t provide adequate service in central Mississauga

  • labtechman I (@labtechman) reported

@Bell Having to call to cancel in home wifi is not efficient. Answered right away but “the system is slow today” on a call for 18 mins so far just to cancel is just bizarre. A leading telecom having slow systems and inefficient ways to cancel. Great wifi just make it easier

  • AfricanHeyZeus SouthAfricanSpaceJesus (@AfricanHeyZeus) reported

@Bell We need to end your duopoly. Canadians pay way too much for your **** service.

  • TheSorryGirl1 TheSorryGirl (@TheSorryGirl1) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport @Bell Listen you guys, the service in Newfoundland for cell phones is absolutely atrocious. I’m paying 254$ a month for 3 phones and where I live if I don’t have internet I don’t have service. Figure this out or I’m not paying my bill anymore.
