Wash Your Hands (@becauseisaidso) reported from Mississippi Mills, Ontario@Bell_Support my husband is on the phone with you right now. $30/mo ext warranty didn’t cover anything. Your 3rd party provider demanded affidavits & hoops, declined to service us, & pushed us to the manufacturer, who said you can send us 1000 bucks and the phone. This is 💩

RW (she/her) (@rc_woods) reported@Bell_Support your customer service is abysmal. I spoke to robots, was transferred to multiple different departments, spent a LONG time on hold, then got disconnected TWICE, and still haven’t solved the problem. It’s been an hour. Why is your service dept outsourced like this??
-
Darren Gudmundson (@BrianOakely) reported@halanderson @Bell_MTS They will leave your account active. Yes, that is a risk to you, your identity, and finances. No, it does not matter how many time you ask them to delete it. NEVER @Bell
-
NS (@kojam2022) reported@Bell_Support Just checked the app and see a notice that you're doing planned network maintenance. I have done backbone IT support for some BIG providers over the years. Never would/could we disrupt service. You don't have fail over or redundancy to mininmalize disruption? 😡

🍁 K3nata8 🇨🇦 🏴 🇫🇷 🍁™ (@K38Tweets) reported@Reil76 @infamousadam13 @Bell This was back when I worked for a few banks, I was still early in my career and I wasn't breaking into the industry yet so I was doing random jobs learning how each company ran their internal systems and memory mapped all that ****

ScottInTheOtt (@ScottSoBad13) reported@merry123459 Unfortunately @Bell is just as bad, if not worse

Robert Watson (@RobertW96576248) reported@JesseEdwards78 @Bell I left Bell well over a decade ago. I used VOIP. Voice Over Internet Protocol, with my computer internet service provider. Cheaper by far, and long distance was no extra cost. Later, I retired my computer & internet some 6 years ago. I just use a 'smart' mobile phone.
