@Bell we tried to use your website's chat feature to find out if you have a internet service we could purchase for a week at a cottage. Your employee wouldn't answer to question unless we divulged the type of services we have with Bell. Why? Do you have the service or not?

@Bell_Support Fibe TV app & all Bell websites not working in Edmonton Alberta. Accessing these from a non-Bell ISP, but that shouldn't make a difference. Very odd.

Hey, @Bell_Support, why is it MY fault when your customer service rep tells me to expect a technician AFTER 12pm when in reality its an all day appointment? I planned my day around this. I am disabled. I can't get there at a moment's notice.

@Bell_Support Total Connect system installed in my office on June 30th. It’s been 4 days and my lines are still not working. Calls to your tech, loyalty , total connect depts etc resulted in Total Disconnect!!! @bell and @Bell_Support incompetent on all levels
