@Bell @Bell_Support You customer service sucks, all they tell us is to go to a different company. I suggest u change your bs "fast and reliable" slogan until you actually provide fast and reliable internet for your paying customers.

@Bell someone just called me offering me a discount on my bill. Then she asked me for account info. The whole thing smelled bad. I hung up. Is this a real thing? She said it was "special" because lots of people were complaining about the high cost of your service. Is it real?
