    @Bell @Bell_Support You customer service sucks, all they tell us is to go to a different company. I suggest u change your bs "fast and reliable" slogan until you actually provide fast and reliable internet for your paying customers.

    @caroline_pick @Bell_Support You're not alone. I lost it around the same time. And Bell Fibe support's telephone service is not working either. I did a reboot and went from a frozen screen to not being able to even access the menu to try and reboot again.

    @Bell_Support TV doesn't work, your phone lines are busy, the chat doesn't work. When do you expect to have the problems fixed?

    @SDesautelsinMTL @Bell but when you do call support, they mention payment plans and methods about 3 or 4 times. You can even leave a bag of money in front of their head office.
