@Bell I love the fact you guys throttle my internet after 100 gb of data. I might actually cancel my service after 1 month. And having 1gbps upload and 8mgps download is ridiculous

@Bell Thanks for responding. Please stop the calls warning I'll lose service if I don't connect within 30 days. The delay isn't on my end. @Bell hasn't completed the installation. How can I connect to a service that hasn't been delivered? Connect to what, exactly?

@Highteaspeaks @Bell Get No Name sim card at Real Canadian super store, NoFrills or any Loblaws store. It is like $5. Activate the sim card by migrating your existing number to it. You can call the customer to help you to do that. Downloaded PcMobile app. Choose the data plan you want.

  • isaac_isiko
    ISIKO ISAAC (@isaac_isiko) reported

@Highteaspeaks @Bell Man, it’s honestly so annoying. Last month I was expecting a bill of like $90, then boom — they send me $260, with over $80 just labeled as “others”. I’ve never left Canada, never made international calls, nothing. When I called, it was just automated nonsense.

  • TheCWade
    Curt Corbett (@TheCWade) reported

@Bell @UnknownLegendEF Seriously for a communications company the app’s you guys roll out are garbage. Old app freezes all the time - new app is barely functional. Nothing works - Illegal streams are more reliable.

    Olujide 'Chukwudi' Sobola (@sobola_jats) reported

@Highteaspeaks @ajayi_g @Bell It is good you had a good offer from Chatr. I used Chatr for 2 years. I was paying 50 cad per month, tax inclusive for 5GB data. When I was frustrated and called them, their customer service person did not care. I had to port to Telus to get 60GB data for same price.
