@Bell Here's the deal, I'll think about giving your company more money after you get around to making some sort of effort to expand your Fibe network to my rural community, a service that ends a mere 1 km or so away up the road and has remained in that state for about a decade.

@Bell I've been waiting FORTY minutes to login into my account to pay my bill due to your stupid "active session" crap. This is infuriating.

So it's the end of an era. After 20+ years with @Bell as my cell provider it is time to move on. @Bell_Support failed to match their own offer to me and so I am off to other pastures. Seems customer loyalty means nothing these days.

@Bell You really need to clean up your device return wording and warn people what happens: like you will slap the device return amount on peoples bills a month before you say you will, which for people on credit caps cuts off their service forcing them to buy out the phone. Shady.

@Bell_Support when are you going to fix the ongoing 3 week internet problem in the k0a2e0 portal code. It's fast, slow, down back to fast then God awfully slow.

@Bell @Bell_Support WOW. Waste my time calling in for support, to be hung up on, spoken to SO RUDELY. If you want to know why I switched carriers, there's your answer. Unbelievable, why anyone ever used Bell is beyond me. I will NEVER sell Bell services at my job. Ever.
