@Bell_Support still no internet. After DM and going over the troubleshooting I had done already 2 times I was told they had to "escalate" and I would receive a phone call. No phone call. I don't know if I don't have internet because of an outage.I have used all my cell phone data

As i’m looking for answers i started reading thru reviews on Xbox & i see there are thousands of people with the same issue i’m having and the app has a 1/5 rating. Hey @Bell_Support or @TSN_Sports does anyone wanna help with any of these issues? Zero answers for weeks now.

@Rogers might have the worst ******* internet in all of Canada. Charge you 2× as much as any other company and cant stay connected for ****, lagging all the time. Never have any support that helps. Just a garbage company @Bell gonna be getting my service moving forward

@Bell can you please update your network outage page. It’s been over 15 hrs with your network equipment problem. The information says it was to be fixed by now. My online inquiry landed me to a site that wanted to charge me to answer the question.
