@bell i have never once failed to entirely pay my cell bill. I forgot one month so now you can see me catching up. There's an evidence of willingness to pay. Yet you still send me harassing texts? As long time customer perks go, this one is awful.

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Sparsely populated countries will invariably have higher infrastructure costs. If the public subsidize the towers and power lines the public should get the benefit of cheaper rates. If bell does it all on their own they can charge whatever they want. Issue resolved.

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell I live in a city & only get one bar of service from @TELUS for the past six yrs. I get even worse/spotty service when I travel yet we STILL pay the highest rates in the world for substandard service. The collusion between major cell providers is criminal & unacceptable.

@902intoronto @Bell @Rogers Yes bad up here. Really hit & miss. We use Explornet, and they are actually quite excellent ~ maybe check them out. We were on Huron removed year or so ago to the other side of the peninsula on Georgian bay.

@Bell … Here are 5 words that an Agent should NEVER say to a customer “That will not be possible”. I’m still being billed for services that were cancelled a month ago and the agent is blaming me for not calling in, when I spent SEVERAL hours on the phone more than 30 days ago.

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell It all seems very grimy. I wrote to Competition Bureau asking why Bell and Rogers are allowed to go into business together. Response was something like - it all checks out, no problem. Not buying it.
