Shaw offered better service but needed to dig a line to make sure the copper wires were dealt with and didnt, meanwhile @Bell won’t provide a better service but at least shaw is trying to dig the line sometime in the future to give me 1GB wifi speeds for cheaper 😮💨 patience

👉👈 can you guys handle me having slightly bad wifi for a little longer? Internet did not get hooked up today, I’m still not receiving 50mbps upload or download and @bell_support when I called they couldn’t do anything to update it

@Bell Been getting ads for the superior services available at my home. Tried to sign up for the same service my neighbour has, told it's not available at my address. We literally share an address. Left Bell mobility, was given a promo code to return, Bell store couldn't make it work.

@Bell_Support. One of your customer service representatives followed up with me yesterday regarding the branches hanging from your line in my yard. The branches that have been hanging since May 21st, the same day I contacted you. You have "followed up" at least four times.
