    I’m currently in a small town in NW Ont, and I have no cell service or data because of a monopoly that Roger’s has in this area. I’m with @Bell I can get service 60 KM in the next town. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get some service, or am stuck on WIFI only?

    Hey @Bell ! My husband in on the phone for almost 40 minutes to cancel his mobile line. Someone talk to him in less than 1 and a half minute, but as long as he said CANCELLATION he’s on hold. What a shame. @BellCanadaWatch

    Thanks @Bell. Pay for the highest quality internet and all month it has been choppy and lagging. Now trying to watch Team Canada play and it’s horrible. UGH. Please fix this.

    @Bell_Aliant Just got of the line after being on hold for 2 hours and trying to contact @Bell_Support for 2 months. Error code 1000 6-12 times a day and was that "there was nothing we can do" from tech support level 2. 10+ years with @Bell_Aliant and this is how I am treated?
