    @Bell hey Bell, we just got Fibe 500 which is great! What is not great is that customer service could not assist my wife with an issue she has with our account, and we cannot administer the router - can anyone help us? What will it take?

    @josh_leverton @Bell_Support When I was with Cogeco. If something like this happened, They did give you a credit if they couldn’t fix the issue for a long time like this. We had better wifi with Cogeco as well. Bell is so disappointing.

    @Karensflower @Bell_Support @Val04408569 The bell support on twitter is like that Saturday Night Live skit with the stewardesses saying buh-bye .. the only difference is they say DM me..DM me.. How exactly is wasting time DM chatting fixing the issue of outages ? .. and NO updates for hours to boot .

    @Bell_Support Bell Fibe not working. Can not connect to support. In the Hamilton area. I’m done with bell. I’m switching to Cogeco which offers way better download speed and the same tv package for half the price and no contract.
