Holy ****, why is it so complicated to do something so simple as having a Sim swap done with @bell? 25 minutes of circular discussion with a call center in the Philippines (we do have people in this country available to do this kind of work) to be told they have no way to help.

4/ Other @bell tech showed up an hour later. Tinkered for 30-40 mins and said he had to call YET ANOTHER tech because there was a cabling issue. What is going on?? We were told to wait for the 3rd tech.

.@Bell_Support is LITERALLY the worst service I have ever experienced. I changed providers for the, and they promptly lost my phone number that I have had for 15 years and after 5 hours on the phone with them, they told me they'll get back to me in 5-7 business days. WTF #Bell?

@Bell I just ported from freedom and already regretting because of customer service. The lady was extremely nice to me while taking my information and as soon as I Signed up she had a “none of my business” attitude when I needed assistance.
