@robferguson1 @Bell_Support Weird. I'd try calling customer service, but the game will probably be over by the time you get a hold of someone.

@Bell_Support Please, explain to your dim witted west coast telemarketing mgr that Canada has time zones. 2 mornings in a row a 5:15 am call. I have requested to be removed from your list 2X now. Next call gets you a @CRTCeng complaint.

@Bell_Support Oh JL, I should’ve listened to you hours ago. The tech never showed, which is too bad - although it meant more cookies for me! Anyhoo - back on the phone for an hour w another tech. I’m thinking a nice gift basket? Maybe some wine? For the 4 hours of unpaid work we did for you?

@Bell_Support Yup all good. The Wi-Fi from the modem works fine I didn't realize my husband had set up one through the router and it was our router line that went down. Once I connected to the modem it was fine.

@robferguson1 @Bell_Support We have Rogers Ignite, and sometimes it has two channels (one SD and one HD). Maybe that's the problem? If not, that's weird. I'd try calling customer service, but the game will probably be over by the time you get a hold of someone.
