Why not fix your dang virtual assistant that no matter what I select it says that your systems have an error and cannot put callers through an agent. Are you paying agents to do nothing? This is a known issue affecting some Sympatico email users, and our teams are actively working to resolve it. The estimated resolution time is 10 PM tonight."

She is telling me to do the same thing over and over and said she can’t send a technician! I’m about to switch to another provider if you can’t solve this problem!!

Bell kindly asked him not to do that again.
