Kudos to the support rep who graciously listened to me rant about how much I despise Bell, while making it clear that it was not directed at him. I thanked him for helping me. Let's see what happens next.

Talking with a Bell worker yesterday -- loads of people who work @Bell are off sick - impacts scheduling of repairs to squirrel damage on the infrastructure. Not one universal help line, pls but effective triage system and adequate resources

File a complaint with CCTS. I’m livid at this stage. 4 days and pure incompetence and lacklustre customer service !!!!!!
