Their casual response while our patients wait is incredibly frustrating. This keeps happening. When the tornado ripped through her neighbourhood and she lost power for multiple days, we could always reach her by phone. She had to switch to VOIP- no choice. Now, half the time her line doesn't work.

They haven’t turned up YET AGAIN and can’t find record of him. This started on 3rd July!! BELL has to be WORST IN COMMUNICATION. Canada needs more competition!
