@Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

So I just tried to add a new phone line to our existing @Bell account (switching my cell over from rogers) and during the half hour of them transferring me between 4 different people they informed me that the Care department was now closed and they would not be able to help me..

  • OldDetroitPunk Ian JS Babcock☕🧢 (@OldDetroitPunk) reported

@teeniemartini @Bell Roku is an option my only live friend enjoys. Doesn't pay for anything he doesn't want (I don't have TV) just an alternative that I've seen work. (and never heard anything bad about.)

  • citizen1earth Earthling (@citizen1earth) reported

@Bell_Support I complained this earlier too. @cnni CNN Int'l channel doesn't appear full screen on Fibe TV App. Phone doesn't let me take screenshot due to policy restriction. Stop asking me to send screenshot or to call Customer care. U can check this yourself easily. Fix pls

@Bell in 2022, living just outside Canada’s largest city and you can’t get it together to fix my wifi? 4 different techs have come and haven’t done a single thing. Get your **** together.

  • MacDonaldRK3 Robert MacDonald (@MacDonaldRK3) reported

@Bell ... Because it Has the 10 GB ethernet port on it to Allow those speeds to go to the devices Hard Wired to it. And for bell to use the defense of WiFI, WiFi speeds would never hit 1..5 GB anyway, also The Home Hub 4000 is WiFi 6 which would have advantages over the Hub 3000. 2/3

  • 13_Goose Derek Broomfield ❄️ (@13_Goose) reported

@Bell_Support Never mind. Looks like Bell canceled our service 2 weeks early and now I have 3 teenagers with no internet over March break

  • ibertcanada Adrian Smith (@ibertcanada) reported

@Bell_Support Yet again with the runaround with account issues - why do I have to spend hours speaking with many people to get nothing done. So frustrating.

  • pigeonpaige p (@pigeonpaige) reported

@Bell my tv, landline and wifi have been out for 6 days. Many techs have come and none of them have fixed the issue. None of ur managers will talk to me to give me an answer. I haven’t been able to do my job because I don’t have internet. Y’all gunna pay my lost wages??

  • bhuppz Bhupinder Malhotra (@bhuppz) reported

@Bell_Support - Can you please help me transfer my eSim to a new device. Phone support sends me to a store and stores ask me to call the phone support. If there is such a lack of knowledge on how eSims should be supporter then maybe please dont offer that service.

  • compuperskills Joe (@compuperskills) reported

Enough is enough. @CRTCeng there has to be something you can help with. This is absolutely atrocious the way @Bell @Bell_Support is handling their services for paying customers. I’ve gone above and beyond trying to restore my services. Even drove to a store and replaced my modem
