J (@J88738850) reported@Bell @Videotron Called Bell to cancel services as we switched to Videotron (same service but for less). After refusing retention offers the agent hanged up on me. Bell would offer better service if agents didn't fear losing their jobs over statistics/retention objectives. 👎👎
