@Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

After three weeks of horrendous service, ongoing internet outages, broken promises and just unbelievable incompetence from @rogers, now on the phone to @bell now to see if they want my business and can do any better.

@Bell upon chatting with @Bell_Support, their conclusion was that an order for a modem isn’t coming - WTF!!! And their idea of taking ownership is giving me the Bell number to call?? Is this world-class customer service to you?? #poorcustomerservice

Chris M. (@Dark_Rift_Films) reported
@Bell_Support I resolved the issue through another source. But I had to call bell first. I was redirected to three different people on a single call and put on hold for 20 mins then cut off three times in a row with nobody able to do a simple unlock. Nobody knew what to do. So they cut me off.

@Bell no one has called me back despite the last rep not being able to hear me! Someone really needs to step up and take ownership. I will spread the word about this poor customer experience.

@Lanark911 @Bell Add in terrible TV as @BellFibe is the worst. Constantly freezes when watching on demand and I need to reboot my box once a week. Call Bell and it is always “a software problem”

@Bell this is unbelievably absurd that I have to pay $7 + taxes and other fees and be ******* for 60 months for a potential solution for our internet connection problem. I have been a loyal customer with Bell and in good standing and this is how they repay you
