    @Bell_Support @Bell_Aliant After calling this evening and being put on hold for 45 MINUTES-YES...45 MINUTES! She hung up on me! Apparently it takes time 2 cancel DSL when you go 2 wireless! No phone call back & gonna charge me 4 modem?!?! #shameonyoubell

    A little bit of hell at home - 4 days after Fiona #pei has poor smart phone service from @bell @telus, virtually no wifi and 75% without lights and heat. Every day has been a trial of some sort. Oh well, it can only get better. And we go to bed by 9 in the dark.

    @NovaScotiaRasta @bamayhew @Bell @Eastlink @Fidomobile What galls me most is that @bell wouldn't match the offers from their competition. Fido has sweetened the pot that will let me terminate my service with @Bell_Aliant. So in theory @Bell_Support and @Bell_Aliant could lose 3 lines from us.

    @Bell_Support are you guys in the practice of having your service people arrive at people’s homes without masks saying they’re permitted by medical exemption? Threatened to deny service unless allowed to enter the home maskless!!! This happened today. Pls advise if you care.

    @Bell_Support I shouldn't have to initiate or do anything. The technology exists just fix the problem. We can detect spoofed email messages, text messages etc. But you IGNORE obvious faked calls from every corner of the planet.

    @Bell_Support internet and TV down in Brampton L6s3g9 area. Already tried reset didn't work I Just want to know if it is an area problem. That's it, don't want to dm, just want an answer.

    Hey @Bell_Support why not start blocking SPAM callers? You know you can do it but you ignore this massive problem. Being called all through the night is disgusting. No, I can't turn my phone off, I have sick relatives & family that I help with. FIX THIS!

    @Bell_Support she doesn’t have energy to have your folks give her the run around either by design because the agent taking call doesn’t want to remove the charge and/or they don’t know how to do it. either way you need to listen to your customer . thanks

    @Bell_MTS @Bell I’ve called to try get this fixed 4-5 times. When I asked for confirmation in writing I am told they don’t do that, which is a scam. Each time I call in I start from scratch cause I have nothing in writing. I’m cutting off my service next month not wasting anymore time on this.

    @Bell_Support 2 weeks ago my 4K PVR keeps rebooting. so far, ive had 2 technicians, 2 receivers replaced, 2 HH3000 replaced, and 3 tech visits. new cables and still constant reboots. TV is fine. wifi signal is fine. Terrible experience. Lots show lots of errors, no one cares

    hrm anyone else notice how @Bell Mobility customer service is lacking lately? Contact them with a simple Q and so far...20 minutes on the line and no answer to the original Q!
