Robert Gamble (@LotSixteen) reported from Stratford, Prince Edward Island
@NovaScotiaRasta @bamayhew @Bell @Eastlink @Fidomobile What galls me most is that @bell wouldn't match the offers from their competition. Fido has sweetened the pot that will let me terminate my service with @Bell_Aliant. So in theory @Bell_Support and @Bell_Aliant could lose 3 lines from us.

Vapegirl-Zander (@zander1123) reported from Belfast, Prince Edward Island
@Bell_Support @Bell_Aliant After calling this evening and being put on hold for 45 MINUTES-YES...45 MINUTES! She hung up on me! Apparently it takes time 2 cancel DSL when you go 2 wireless! No phone call back & gonna charge me 4 modem?!?! #shameonyoubell

@ShortFilmSunday @Bell Let’s see how their Twitter account handles it. Seems they wanna help now.

Andrew Kelly (@andrewkelly) reported from Kawartha Lakes, Ontario
@Bell @Bell_Support Option 2 was that we buy ANOTHER internet line to come to the house. That way we could pay close to $200 a month just for 5mbsp speeds - but that still doesn’t solve the speed, inconsistency or reliability issues It just means the internet in the house is divided between devices

@Sonic_counselor @Bell @LaurieScottPC Not sure where you are located but we’re in the same boat. Had no internet for the day when Bells hardware failed to update needing faster speeds. Got told I could spend 8k a month for better service otherwise I’m at the mercy of Bell. It’s sad how rural Canadians are treated.

Andrew Kelly (@andrewkelly) reported from Kawartha Lakes, Ontario
Today I had to work tethering off my phone because @Bell pushed an update to their modem. The internet is so bad in Bolsover along the Trent Severn - Bell’s own hardware couldn’t support it. When I asked what could be down I was given 3 options from @Bell_Support.
-
Austin Larusson (@auzzieintoronto) reported from Toronto, Ontario
@Bell your internet service sucks. I will never use you again for anything. Ever. I am getting Fido installed. You have affected my work and my studies for the last time. You let Canadians down, and you should be ashamed of yourselves.
-
Andrew Kelly (@andrewkelly) reported from Kawartha Lakes, Ontario
@Bell @Bell_Support 1. We just wait. Apparently some folks in the area are marked as getting a change in service. The address they gave me? An abandoned farm across the road. They couldn’t say what the change was so I could ultimately be waiting just for the farm to be activated again.

Mala Moragain Mistress Of Chaos (@MalaMoragain) reported from Toronto, Ontario
@CRTCeng @Bell_Support sent a tech to our home today. Tech literally stole our wires & left without fixing anything. Bell refuses to address what happens now. I filed a formal complaint on your site, but how long do I pay for services I can’t access? Can Bell ignore us 4 ever?

Steve Molloy (@Molloy36) reported from Norwich, Ontario
I’m sorry but the @BlueJays are playing tonight and not on tv in Ontario? Wtf? @rogers @bell you should be ashamed

Dr Allison Sekuler 🧠 👁🥁 (@asek47) reported from Hamilton, Ontario
@Bell_Support - tech support said there’s an outage in our area (Westdale #HamOnt). Do you have an ETA on when service will be back on? Folks in our house are trying to teach @McMasterU courses, and do work with companies in Canada and US etc. Others will be in the same position.
