Every day has been a trial of some sort. Oh well, it can only get better. And we go to bed by 9 in the dark.

Fido has sweetened the pot that will let me terminate my service with @Bell_Aliant. So in theory @Bell_Support and @Bell_Aliant could lose 3 lines from us.

She hung up on me! Apparently it takes time 2 cancel DSL when you go 2 wireless! No phone call back & gonna charge me 4 modem?!?! #shameonyoubell

One minute my speed is lightning, and then it’s gone. My cameras cut out, my alarm won’t work, but they refuse to do anything! Two or three times a year now, I'll have Bell sales people come to my door trying to convince me to switch back. They're wasting their time, and mine, even if they were to offer me free service. I'm happy where I am.

We stopped all my elderly mother's Bell services, sent back the equipment, but they continued to charge her via a pre-authorized agreement. Tried calling customer service @Bell_Support and it is a clown show designed to frustrate.
