@bcorms @Bell Hey @bcorms , So. About 5 years ago we had everything with @Bell TV,home phone, family mobile plans (5) and internet. Due to poor customer service we now are mostly Bell free. My suggestion move on we use #Shawdirect, #Xplorenet and other providers are much happier. Good luck

@Rogers is pathetic. I cancelled my cable/internet for Tuesday June 22. They “accidentally” cancelled it last night and are refusing to reactivate it for the remaining 4 days. Do yourself a favour and switch to @bell. Ignite sucks anyway.

Does @Bell_Support think that hanging up on customers after an hour, solves the problem? Or tweeting contact us but never responding fix months of issues?

@Bell great quick service. They replied immediately. Haven't heard a peep from @Crave_PR or @CraveTVHelp though. Beyond ridiculous how you turn a blind eye.

@Bell_Support Why is it that when we have a problem. The tech support isn't helping with our problem?? Why do we pay hundreds of dollars a month and keep having problem with our services. This is ridiculous #FixItRightTheFirstTime #TreatCustomersRight

@Bell_Support garbage internet service in Mississauga since Friday. Called a few times to understand what is being done behind the scenes. Appalling given the dependence on internet for work and other needs at the moment. Not asking for you to do this for free, just do your job.
