@bcorms @Bell Hey @bcorms , So. About 5 years ago we had everything with @Bell TV,home phone, family mobile plans (5) and internet. Due to poor customer service we now are mostly Bell free. My suggestion move on we use #Shawdirect, #Xplorenet and other providers are much happier. Good luck

@Rogers hi! We had a great mobile plan with you guys until @Bell contacted me to say they're taking your customers after your outage and offered me a fake deal (which I didn't kno was fake) and scammed me into a bait and switch scheme. Any chance someone can help me out?

@Bell_Support contract number BDB7HS4S. This morning I contacted your service staff again they said they can come over but will charge us $100, so I contacted the sales again asking her why she promised $0 installation when we first time talked to her. She said because she assumed it was easy

@Bell_Support I think he got mad at me because I scolded him about him taking over somebody else' job at Bell. This tech support guy wanted me to change my plan with Bell. Anything about customers' plan is not even a tech guy's job.
