This is hardly news but @Bell has the worst setup for customer service I have ever encountered. Trying to help mom and dad change the credit card their automatic mobility payment comes out of and it’s a positively comical procedure

@Bell worst company ever !! The fact i had an appointment on Tuesday and STILL waiting to get set up. You guys don't even tell people you aren't coming you just don't show up ! Very unprofessional especially for a big company like this.

@Bell_Support I am having issues with phone internet and network for the past two days. I am sooo frustrated and annoyed with this service. Bell is changing soo mucha and still is not able provide a good service to its customers. What a waste of money!!!!!

That moment when you call @Bell_Support about your appointment from 12-5 and they say they might pick up the dispatch. I might get my internet installed today. Really? How am I paying for a service, and have a clause that if I might not be here I might be charged a fee.
