    This is hardly news but @Bell has the worst setup for customer service I have ever encountered. Trying to help mom and dad change the credit card their automatic mobility payment comes out of and it’s a positively comical procedure

    @Bell_Support hate to tell you that there are issues in Ontario, I have been down since noon and have no access to internet or Fibe TV, so thanks to having wireless devices with @TELUS #Rogers, I haven’t been left in the dark. Why can no one explain why?!!

    @Bell_Support any ideas why I can't port forward on my Home Hub 2000? I've set up a ddns service, set the proper ports and IP on the hub, but it still shows the ports are closed and can't communicate on the port.

    @Bell_Support is awful communication and customer service and lazy people that keep transferring me around with no resolution. Somebody said they’d call back and it’s been 4 days!!!!!!
