This is hardly news but @Bell has the worst setup for customer service I have ever encountered. Trying to help mom and dad change the credit card their automatic mobility payment comes out of and it’s a positively comical procedure

@Bell @FANEXPOCANADA Please do not waste your money on this companies internet plans. The speeds you’ll get will NEVER match what you’re paying for, just look at the rest of the comments on ALL of Bell’s posts. I’m going to dedicate my time to always post this on Bell’s comments.

@Bell_Support My FIBE internet and TV has been down for about 90 minutes now downtown Toronto (U of T area). Is this an area outage? Have reset my FIBE and unplugged my modem to reset too...no luck.
