@mcknight_david @MonctonWildcast @nick_ph7 @alangdon17 @Bell @Rogers That’s very true, and something you don’t think about until u move from the region But streams are a way to watch for sure, but most games that are “regional” are starting at 11pm soooo it’s not the worst haha

  • hoopstingley David Tingley (@hoopstingley) reported from Riverview, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick

This is hardly news but @Bell has the worst setup for customer service I have ever encountered. Trying to help mom and dad change the credit card their automatic mobility payment comes out of and it’s a positively comical procedure

  • Space0ditty El Huevo (@Space0ditty) reported

@OhMyJewels @Bell_Support Honestly if rogers is available in your area, get it instead. I've been trying to get them to fix the internet at this house for literally 5 years and it's never gotten any better. Scheduled to have a rogers technician come in tomorrow 👌🏻

  • Rizo78 Rezo (@Rizo78) reported

@Bell I want to get HBO Max but I have to get Crave first. Thanks Bell for making me get a VPN to bypass your crap!

  • JonChan8 Jon Chan (@JonChan8) reported

@Bell_Support what's the maximum number of devices that can be connected to bell modem 3000? We've been having bandwidth/dropping problems but no Sig. Change in number of devices or extreme usage

  • OmegaPoint_ Omega Point (@OmegaPoint_) reported

@Bell So, I got a deal on the phone with one of your agents on Nov 27. He said my phone will be shipped in 4-5 days. It's been 12 days and still NOTHING. Then I call and your customer service tells me I have to wait another 5 months. This is unbelievably lame and unacceptable.

  • JonChan8 Jon Chan (@JonChan8) reported

@Bell_Support We've spoken to support but they just said that we had "too many devices" without specifying what the actual max is for our router. Do you have that general info?

  • DjSuppaHotFire 🥕Anthoney glazed carrots 🥕 (@DjSuppaHotFire) reported

LMAO @Bell YOU CHEAP *****, I CALLED TO CANCEL MY SERVICES THE 27TH BUT YOU DIDNT ACTUALLY CANCEL MY ACCOUNT

  • jaysleafspats Jents (@jaysleafspats) reported

@Bell help please. The daily service interruptions from @RogersHelps has become unbearable. Our home can’t function properly (two kids remote learning, one adult working from home). Sick of making excuses for why we keep losing signal. Need your help?
