Hi @Bell_Support, I'm having problems with my Satellite Receiver. Last year my subscription to NHL Centre Ice I never canceled disappeared. It came back over the weekend, but is now gone. Now I have NBA available to me I never subscribed to.

@Bell_Support No internet since Friday night, in Quebec. So, if I gather correctly, as long as it's about minus 30 outside, Bell customers will continue to pay for a service (The Internet) which cannot be provided. Is that correct?

@Bell doesn't have any tech support available until Wednesday so now I have to shut my business down for 3 days. This is all because they didn't bury my line and the snow plow cut it.
