@Bell @Bell_Support You customer service sucks, all they tell us is to go to a different company. I suggest u change your bs "fast and reliable" slogan until you actually provide fast and reliable internet for your paying customers.

@Bell_Support No internet since Friday night, in Quebec. So, if I gather correctly, as long as it's about minus 30 outside, Bell customers will continue to pay for a service (The Internet) which cannot be provided. Is that correct?

@Bell doesn't have any tech support available until Wednesday so now I have to shut my business down for 3 days. This is all because they didn't bury my line and the snow plow cut it.
