@Bell @Bell_Support You customer service sucks, all they tell us is to go to a different company. I suggest u change your bs "fast and reliable" slogan until you actually provide fast and reliable internet for your paying customers.

@Bell had sub-contractors do work on my street today. They cut service to many on our street by mistake and it’s going to be 36 hours to fix it! Hard to work remotely without any Internet service.

Can you help @Bell_support ? I'm worried her fall alert call system won't even work with the line quality have at the moment. Apparently it was escalated to management on 24 Aug & and we've had no info since tho we've called regularly.
