@bell I have a credit and this is the 3rd time in since apirl this has happened fibe is suppose to be the best looking like the worst right now your call center workers didn’t even offer me something to make me happier with bell services

Those in @CityPtbo crapping on @cogeco for extended outage should be directing their anger towards company contracted out by @bell to update their Fibe network. Apparently it was their team that damaged the line. The Cogeco guys are the ones doing best to fix mess @Ptbo_Canada

Reports of @cogeco services down in west end of @Ptbo_Canada after fiber line severed. Be interesting to see of this was "accidentally" severed by the company contracted out by @Bell to upgrade their fiber service as they are working area this happened.

Love how @Bell's "reward" for my "loyalty" is two free months of a service I don't want and that will auto-renew at full price if I don't cancel it (which they will admit but only if you ask them that specifically, reject their dodge answer, and ask it again). Gee, thanks!

@Bell_Support 4K PVR was down repeatedly for almost 2.5 months. Multiple calls asking for help with tech support ended with us having to pay to upgrade router. Didn't fix problem. Finally new tech installed a new 4k PVR and working again. Ended up losing all recordings.

@Bell been having problems with internet for over a year. Called several times, technicians have came by. Called back today. Tier 2 support tells me that the best way to make sure I dont have issues with bandwidth is to have nothing connected to the network! I kid you not

@Bell_Support 3/3 to explain to techs that the line cannot handle it set at 5/6 that you sadly have to put my internet at 3 or so and no more or else it will be overworked and crap out on me again, but by no surprise they set it’s at 5/6. I’ll be switchin providers soon I’m sure

@Bell_Support 1/3 I had no internet all afternoon and all night so after trying everything I could on my end I called to see what the issue was this time as its always doing this. Your tech said the line is degrading fast and will have someone call me today so here I sit waiting
