It’s pretty god damn frustrating that I spend $1500 a year on a phone plan and that I get harassed and yelled at by the “customer service” reps when I call with an issue because they don’t understand a lick of English. @Bell not impressed whatsoever.

Seriously, too bad @Bell doesn’t have fast enough internet in my area!! I would switch back instantly for their alt tv app. @Rogers what gives… no apple app after all of these years!!

@Bell_Support gaslighting their customers at every turn. New fiber internet connection worked for 2 hours Friday then died (we were no where near the modem or connections). Tech appt cancelled without notice. Support said it was modem defect would ship another overnight via ..

@Bell Really disappointed. Called weeks ago to make payment arrangements so my phone wouldn't be cut off. YOUR rep told me I had to wait till next bill cycle. You just cut my phone off!! I'm trying to find a job... and now a new provider. Worst experience ever. I get paid Wed 😡

Fun @bell story from today: from an EPP corporate page, a chat message pops up asking if they could help. Twenty minutes & a phone call later, the answer is apparently no because the chat agents cant touch/answer questions on EPP plans. THEN MAYBE DONT PUT THE CHAT ON THAT PAGE

@Bell_Support I sent a message... was told to reset my phone and then told to call different department. Typical copy paste response. I want to chasms service providers even more now. Worst day ever!! Thank you for that. I will cancel my account as early as possible and find service elsewhere.
