It’s pretty god damn frustrating that I spend $1500 a year on a phone plan and that I get harassed and yelled at by the “customer service” reps when I call with an issue because they don’t understand a lick of English. @Bell not impressed whatsoever.

@bell seems you have not learned from the Roger's incident of 2022- my elderly parents ( 86 &80 yy) have been without dial tone all day hence no 9-1-1 service and the best service you can provide is a technician between 8 am to 5 pm tomorrow? Only one line in the house. Thanks.

@Bell_Support i had a lady call me the other day and chat me up about getting Bell cell service. She offered me $55 for 10GB of data and insisted it was 5G; the only reason I listened to her. Got a confirmation email today and it clearly says ‘no 5G access’ So are lies policy?

@Bell @Bell_Aliant really getting tired of the cell signal switching from 5G to LTE and back every few seconds. And my phone comes to a crawl on LTE. I’m sitting in the exact same spot, why does this keep changing and why am I paying for such crappy service, on a business plan?
