    It’s pretty god damn frustrating that I spend $1500 a year on a phone plan and that I get harassed and yelled at by the “customer service” reps when I call with an issue because they don’t understand a lick of English. @Bell not impressed whatsoever.

    Called @Bell and got a qoute for internet. After being on call for >2 hrs today; transferred to 3-4 depts, the last sales agent told me that the Center of Approval wont “entertain” my request cuz they can’t process my credit app! Thats how a new customer is treated at bell!

    @Bell has the worst customer service. The first time @Bell allowed this to happen i spoke with not less than 13 people @Bell each could answer one question but not the follow up.

    @SamsungMobile @SamsungCanada @Bell_Support Enjoying the #GalaxyS22, however the battery life is terrible. My s20 would go the whole day and be at 65%. 2 hours of use with the S22 and I'm already at 50% and that's with not even using it that often. Software update? #Fail
