@Bell_Support Over the past six months I've spoken with 12+ representatives who have "promised" me I'd be added to the exclusion list. It's ridiculous this hasn't been done. I've now been on your support line for over an hour, and all of your representatives refuse to escalate the situation.

It's also why we should be critical about the @Bell_LetsTalk campaign when @Bell is accused of ignoring workplace issues affecting employees' #MentalHealth. Talking alone isn't always the solution. Employers have a responsibility to act, whether it's Bell or Buckingham Palace.

@Bell @bell offered a "free tablet" for being a loyal customer with a free 2 gb data. Then when it arrived it came with charges for the tablet. So i called them and they backtracked saying they dont give free tablets. Even though i had the rep confirm 3 times it was free before.

@KalenHarrisYYJ @Bell Bell is possibly the worst corporation in the world. A bunch of crooks. Bell should be investigated for misusing the wage subsidy and charges should be brought forth if any wrongdoing is uncovered. Unjust dismissal lawsuits should be filed by those who felt wrongly fired.

@Bell_Support wow. 5 mins to sign up. 3hrs on the phone to cancel. Conveniently 3 disconnects. No account number given even when asked. Was told to use order number that was never sent. Incorrect order number given to customer after customers account was finally found. .
