Hey @Bell_Support, charging me hundreds of dollars in data fees for using an APN your tech told me to use as another is broken is not on. Stop closing tickets that are not solved. Stop billing false overages. Stop ignoring the issue of a broken tower at Otter Lake Quebec.

@Bell_Support It's all good. Part of it is my fault having to hang up twice after hour long waits. I think I have everything figured out despite the issue of what I'm seeing online different than what your system is showing.

@Bell Bell Customer retention gave $20 so I can stay, it was not good enough so I left. Upper management called wih a code to give them for a better deal. When I called them, the big deal was now $10 off to reconnect services of close to $200 a month!! Garbage.
