Hey @Bell, charging me hundreds of dollars in data fees for using an APN your tech told me to use as another is broken is not on. Stop closing tickets that are not solved. Stop billing false overages. Stop ignoring the issue of a broken tower at Otter Lake Quebec. Stop it.

@Bell_Support 0024H Grahamdale mb. No cell reception less than 1000m from cell tower. Have always had perfect signal here. What is going on? Couldn't call for help if emergency.

@DPocroianu @BellMobility @Bell 3/4 I would be quiet and be a “good girl.” I left the kitchen, went down to the change room and began to change. He then followed me while I was **********. I picked up a mop pail and threw at it him. Finished getting changed and tossed my uniform in his face.

@Bell redirected to loyalty customer representative who did nothing but add that it usually takes 2 to 8 business days and they tell me there is no one above that can be contacted 😠 i really dont know how to deal with this other than my family and I to leave bell.

@Bell_Support very disappointed with assistance I requested today. The person I talked to was not knowledgeable about activating a SIM card and then asked me to do a couple of things and he would call me back. He never called. Not a good look.

@Bell Bell help me! Lost my phone. I have my deceased husbands S9 that was cancelled when he passed away. Need to get it activated on my line and restore the SIM. I have no network connection and can't call or sms!
