Hey @Bell_Support, charging me hundreds of dollars in data fees for using an APN your tech told me to use as another is broken is not on. Stop closing tickets that are not solved. Stop billing false overages. Stop ignoring the issue of a broken tower at Otter Lake Quebec.

Great satellite service @Bell_Support @Bell . In Dec we're told new smart cards coming to reduce fraud, but never get them. Yesterday, few channels started dropping out & by the time your 1-800 folks were done "helping" us, we had no channels at all. New cards? Maybe in 10 days.

@Bell_Support I have bell internet for 10+ years and it absolutely sucks. How is someone to work from home or do school from home when you never update infrastructure? Packet loss issues constantly and speeds that don’t even make it usable. Bad service with high prices.

Damage to cables from that crew that dug the hole was extensive so tech was unable to even set up a temp line. TV is internet based so no wifi or TV until Monday aft at the earliest. Thanks for digging a hole in January @Bell_Support 😒
