@Bell I’m beyond frustrated. How is it that a telecommunications company can’t transfer a call properly without hanging up on me. 9 attempts to get me through to accounts receivable to help with a bill. No wonder you are losing accounts daily. #imdone

@FrustratedCan22 @Bell_Support @Bell That does not stop Bell from sending out email to all customers which would have prevented people from rebooting and losing what little service they did have. They also need to be made aware that just ignoring customer calls with no explanation is not acceptable

@AVeryHabbyGirl @Bell_Support That's how mine was before it went out completely around 5pm. Still not back and no updates from Bell. We pay too much for this garbage service.
