@Bell I’ve spoken to 3 different people about my account and now they gave me another # to call. Compete lack of customer service! I think it’s time to switch providers 😡

@Bell Gaming servers are crap. Show me the “best” players in game, then show me proximity to the servers. I’d bet there is correlation.

@Bell When will you improve my service here in Hoyt, NB? The price keeps going up, but the service gets worse. I called to ask a while back and the rep said they can’t guarantee speeds. Maybe I can’t guarantee to pay if you’re not going to deliver.

@Bell provides deliberately obstructive "customer service". I'm struggling to recover my composure after hours spent being lied to, insulted and put on hold.

@tsn @Bell_Support this makes no sense I pay for a sports package but yet can’t get any hockey games.I’m in Ottawa BUT I can’t get the Toronto and Montreal games because they are blacked out for our region. Makes NO SENSE why do I pay for this service

@Bell_Support I do not believe you that you are "sorry". The service I experienced took effort to be so very frustrating. Bell clearly does not want customers to call.

@Bell .... that is old Wi-Fi service as if it was their Hub 4000 that is Wi-Fi 6 and also has the better Ethernet port to ACTUALLY take advantage and USE 1.5 GB. They certainly can't with the Hub 3000 as those ports are CAPPED at 1GB 2/2 All together Class, RIP-OFF !!!
