    Wow @Rogers has moved all customer service back to Canada. Had many frusting calls to India trying to get @Bell internet to work ~ never again

    A full day spent on the phone with various service reps from @Bell_Aliant and @Bell (mobility). Many assurances and promises, but they all proved hollow. @Eastlink save me!!!

    The fact that @Bell @Bell_Support says it could take 24 hours for an area outage to be fixed is completely unacceptable. People are still working from home so it’s not just no social media or tv for 24 hours your impacting peoples ability to do their jobs #dobetter #fixit

    @Bell_Support I have been having the worst experience with Bell customer service recently. On the phone with reps for over 2hrs today, bounced around to at least 8 different people and my problem is still not resolved 😖
