@CyaraBird @kwetoday @Bell i stopped using the phone to do anything with my cable and internet provider. i do it via dm here on twitter, super easy, no headaches, no 2 hours on hold only to have the line hang up on you, etc.

@Bell_Support Bell Canada was working all night to fix a cut Fiber cable on the street They left and my fibe still doesn't work ERROR 2000.... great customer service during a pandemic when you have to work from home #day4

@Bell_Support let's talk about how unhelpful you are to small businesses barely surviving this pandemic? Small charities are losing their offices & cannot afford their internet anymore & you are charging them $500 to cancel a service that they can no longer afford.👏 bravo.
