Cristina Gallo (@galloconsultant) reported@Bell We are three weeks in and still no phone service at our office. The company that lays claim to the invention of the telephone can’t make it work. Now they are threatening a $500 cancellation penalty for a service they did not and could not deliver. Call us at 905-52G-ALLO?
-
Kesiya John (@JohnKesiya) reportedBell wasted our time with poor communication and unprepared technicians. We cancelled because they failed to deliver. Customers deserve better. #Bell #CustomerService @BellSTC @bellcanada @Bell
-
Orsys (@OrsysRules) reported@Skip70969016 @Reil76 @Bell Rogers is the worst. I just quit them. Trying Beanfield now.
-
306 Shane (@NoSacredBeliefs) reportedAs a Saskatchewan resident, I never expected to be contemplating switching to Rogers Wireless. But @Bell, your latest decision to cap the amount of data one can use on hotspot in a month is downright boneheaded and @TELUS is no better (having made the same decision).
-
✨Owl is Migrating✨ (@_owlboxes) reported@Bell You guys lost a customer of 20+ years today because four separate people couldn’t fix an issue that YOU GUYS caused. @Videotron was happy to take my business. Your customer service SUCKS.
-
Brenda Of The North 🇨🇦🌻🇬🇱 (@BrendaJeanCDN) reported@Reil76 @Bell I had the same issue, then it was completely off, turns out a squirrel chewed through my fibe cable.
-
Cassidy Vermeeren (@CassidyV6) reported@Bell_Support I have contacted bell many times and have not received any help or information. Just we will contact you in 48hrs and nothing. We call again and have to file another claim. Someone hacked our account and ordered a phone, using bells terms and authentication.

kfir ohayon (@kfirkiki) reported@Bell Our London, ON business has had NO internet or phones since Friday. After telling us 72 hrs, now you want another 24 just to open a ticket? We’ve been forced to CLOSE and have lost $20,000+ in revenue. This is a business account. Completely unacceptable. Fix this TODAY.

306 Shane (@NoSacredBeliefs) reported@Bell And DM'd you were... And unsurprisingly, you have no solutions. You discovered that life in Canada is expensive and so people are cutting down on expenses where they can... But you couldn't possibly have that. So now you seek to curtail one's ability to use their hotspot to try and drive people to take on Home Internet service... Something you don't even provide in the province of Saskatchewan. Interesting times when you opt to make your service delivery worse than Rogers.

Terry (@TerryVoice22) reported@Bell_Support A technician came and solved the problem. Your overseas tech departments are useless! Bring these jobs back to Canada !
