Wow @Rogers has moved all customer service back to Canada. Had many frusting calls to India trying to get @Bell internet to work ~ never again

Serious question: why do some companies go out of their way to provide top-notch customer service while others think that providing abysmal CS will keep them in the game? The answer = monopoly. @JustinTrudeau, @CRTCeng... @Bell--you should be sued for your service.

@Bell_Support I have been on hold with your Internet tech support for the last 15 mins I have requested to speak to your third level tech support and the rep on the phone refuses to transfer me but instead feels it necessary to have me on hold is this normal practice.
