    i cancelled my services with @Bell in November 2020 but somehow they still managed to bill me $300 for TV services that i NO LONGER HAVE. @Bell is the shittiest service provider that you can subscribe with.

    @Bell_Support I’m on the phone with bell and I spoke to 2 people so far..an employee and a supervisor and they don’t know how to fix the issue.. I never go over my data (I have 7g even tho I’m supposed to have a free one) and now it’s 3 months in a row I go over my data for some strange reason

    Absolutely disgusted with @Bell, canceled my tv service last week in error, promised 100$ visa gift card, Internet got disconnected, and unable to locate my account. Absolutely shit company to be with. Just returned all their crap and better not see a bill.

Bell support admitted that they grossly oversubscribed the tower but have no plan or solution to remedy the situation or compensate me for the reduced bandwidth.I left my phone # in the Hakesbury voicemail

    Hey @Bell_Support. Just got a call from one of your agents. After they informed me that the call was being recorded, I asked if they can stop recording and they hung up on me. I don't know why I was called but this was a bad interaction. Can you please review?
