i cancelled my services with @Bell in November 2020 but somehow they still managed to bill me $300 for TV services that i NO LONGER HAVE. @Bell is the shittiest service provider that you can subscribe with.

@Bell_Support I’m on the phone with bell and I spoke to 2 people so far..an employee and a supervisor and they don’t know how to fix the issue.. I never go over my data (I have 7g even tho I’m supposed to have a free one) and now it’s 3 months in a row I go over my data for some strange reason

Bell support admitted that they grossly oversubscribed the tower but have no plan or solution to remedy the situation or compensate me for the reduced bandwidth.I left my phone # in the Hakesbury voicemail

Hey @Bell_Support. Just got a call from one of your agents. After they informed me that the call was being recorded, I asked if they can stop recording and they hung up on me. I don't know why I was called but this was a bad interaction. Can you please review?
