Told to try Twitter for a tweet 4 hrs ago with no info, only to find a msg now saying NOT to reboot, something already done. Time to #cutthecord or try Rogers?

We lost hours of saved shows. Periodically the audio cuts out every few seconds. We have to reboot system most days. I’m tired.
