Internet outage started on 8:00 AM July 21st, and every time the agent just tells me it will be resolved in the next 4 to 6 hours. After 48 hours & 6 calls I am getting another 6 hour estimate. Horrible service Bell!

Not "stay on hold" or "we're going to call you back" which is the nice new thing companies with real customer service do. Just "we're busy. Call back later." They told us they would do nothing and told us to buy a Fire Stick. Which wouldn't work as we cast to the streamer. So we aren't getting what we paid for.

My router's power supply cable failed, but the AI refused to understand it.
