  How many @Bell technicians does it take to properly run a cable to my house? Tomorrow will be the fifth one in over 2 years who will tell me that they can’t help and it needs to be the infrastructure team. Trees are not cable mounts.

  @Bell_Support just trying to see if theres anyway to get some assistance in the Port Severn area? Theres some old landline homes that have no service in the area, and no way to alert you as they are older citizens. If you could send someone to check the area lines, would be 🥳

  @cdn_karma @Bell Who do you use? All the big three are **** and I’m using a 3-day free trial of Fizz Mobile right now and I gotta say I’m not very impressed. Two bars most of the time and on the odd occasion three. Plus it’s 4G LTE not 5G.

  @Reil76 @Bell They are the worst. Had issues with my fibre receiver always going out and needing to reboot. Called tech and their response was, well it’s working now so what’s the problem. Escalated and gave 20+ dates/ times of issue and they finally sent new receiver.

  @Reil76 @Bell Happened to me I left Bell and only found out the modem they installed was actually from rogers. They tried to charge me for not returning the bell modem they never installed. 🙃🫢
