Phone and watch took more than 1 month to be delivered. Now, when I went to the store to pick up, the total bill that was supposed to be around $65 was showing around $120. The @Bell representative tried, but could not get the price that they sold me the products in the first place, saying it was a system error and that everything should go back to normal after finalizing the deal, but everything still the same and my billing still wrong. @Bell how you gonna solve this? I will only pay what I agreed to pay in the first place.

Leo (@Leo71106092) reported@bell why won’t the automated service allow me to speak with a live service agent for repair after they announce the issue that was fixed yesterday wasn’t really fixed and may not be until Friday the 15th at 10pm? Working on it, no one needed on site after waiting all day today
