Denny Brown (@D0wnt0wnBrown) reported@Bell_Support It would be very helpful to have the outage reporting system on the bell app functional and have updated information on the website vs the misinformation of “there is no outage”

James Rubec (@JamesRRubec) reportedHey @Bell_Support your Phone Based AI tech support keeps bumping me before routing me to an agent. Error 1102, and self repair isn't helping. I need to speak with a real person or do you not employ those anymore? $183 a month and I can't even get a technician scheduled jeez.

Shiraz (@HenryEd13) reported@Bell Thank you for the reply. While I understand that operating costs change, increasing rates while automation and AI are simultaneously driving down operational and support costs for your company feels like passing the burden onto customers rather than sharing any efficiency gains. True brand loyalty goes both ways, it means rewarding long-standing clients, not continuously raising their bills. If my rate cannot remain competitive, I will need to explore better-valued options elsewhere.

MRH1972 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦 (@strlng72) reported@Bell_Support keep raising prices but make it harder to get anything other than a bot to help with crappy system
-
Kevin MacKenzie (@kevthegrad) reported@Rogers @Bell dear telecommunications Giants, as somebody who drives between Peterborough Ontario and York region every single day, I just wanted to ask how it is conceivable in 2026 that I cannot maintain a phone call along Highway 115 without signal death !?!? Fix your towers!

Stephen Pinsent (@swpinsent) reported@Bell_Support @Bell_Support wow, after over an hour chatting with your support bot, I'm now referred back to the same numbers I started calling to. I will not be calling them as the telephone agents were rude and bad to deal with.
