This is hardly news but @Bell has the worst setup for customer service I have ever encountered. Trying to help mom and dad change the credit card their automatic mobility payment comes out of and it’s a positively comical procedure

Explained the situation and asked @Bell_Support to please call to sort this out. So far, they have refused to pass on the phone number to someone at Bell who can call to resolve the issue. Making a phone call is to much for a phone company? #bell @AdStandardsCan

@Bell_Support Well then when a a manager does somethjng and says no ur service is fine and 12 hrs later it’s cut I call and explains she’s calling me back Tuesday as u all owe me money and its hooked up only to get disconnected again

@Bell_Support received 2 new receivers...nothing but problems. Tech could not resolve issues over the phone so now we have to have a technician come out on Sunday to fix it. And my son who works from home could not do his job properly. So your $50 credit doesn't cut it.

@Bell Your fiber crews came and ripped up my front yard, leave it in a condition that's unacceptable to me. I inform Bell and the most disrespectful ignorant person who claims to be a manager calls me back and speaks down to me like I'm a POS. Is this your customer service?
