And even more frustrating, I can't find a person to discuss this with. A scheduled call back means absolutely nothing. How do I escalate this to a human to solve my problem?

Bell sets a strong example of how customers should be treated. Bad news...either the Bell tech from Tuesday or Friday stole a Quest food bar. We noticed 1 missing. Only my wife and I live here, no pets. She is allergic to peanuts... 1/2
