@mcknight_david @MonctonWildcast @nick_ph7 @alangdon17 @Bell @Rogers That’s very true, and something you don’t think about until u move from the region But streams are a way to watch for sure, but most games that are “regional” are starting at 11pm soooo it’s not the worst haha

  • hoopstingley David Tingley (@hoopstingley) reported from Riverview, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick

This is hardly news but @Bell has the worst setup for customer service I have ever encountered. Trying to help mom and dad change the credit card their automatic mobility payment comes out of and it’s a positively comical procedure

@Bell This is a joke, all your competitors give these out for free! Anyway bell can grab a dime from someone they do it! Already paying for your internet service with crap Wi-Fi now we need to pay for the pods to make your service work properly. Discussing!

  • Connor_Lapalme Connor Lapalme (@Connor_Lapalme) reported

@Kristaldoodle @Bell_Support Not an outage i have an issue with my fiber optic cable for some reason technician coming tomorrow afternoon so no tv or internet until then…

  • ChrisBarnesArt The Mighty Chris (@ChrisBarnesArt) reported

Hey @NintendoCanada can you have your customer service agents open a school teaching good customer service and invite @Bell_Support to send their phone based agents? They desperately need the education!

  • ttdrover Tyler Drover (@ttdrover) reported

@Bell If you’re paying for a service you should be able to get coverage in your home without these god damn things. Ridiculous

  • Mr_Mike_Miyagi Mr. Mike Miyagi (@Mr_Mike_Miyagi) reported

@Bell I want to cancel Center Ice. Tired of this. Are you offering refunds unlike last year where we paid full price for a service that we never received. @NHL @NHLMedia

  • bougioni Nick B (@bougioni) reported

.@Bell @Bell_Support fascinating to me that I asked for my home phone to be cancelled and I lose my internet and TV without warning. Everytime I think Canadian telecom companies improve customer service they manage to somehow make it worse. #BellForBetter?

  • maddycrazydog MaddyTroke (@maddycrazydog) reported

@Bell is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I will NEVER leave Rogers. Don’t even know why I bothered trying to do business with Bell. They need to learn what it means to treat customers with respect. More concerned about losing $117 than customer satisfaction. Disgusting.

  • jagger27 Jagger De Leo (@jagger27) reported

My 2022 wish list for @Bell - Light up fibre on Preston St, Ottawa (I know it’s already there) - IPv6 support (with a /60 or /56, don’t mess around with a /64) - let me use my own SFP+ router like we used to be able to with HomeHub 3000, at least on business plans

  • george_boston_T Tyler (@george_boston_T) reported

@Bell_Support @Uxbridge77 Can you give customers better prices for the awful internet service?

  • KristyAnnCharl2 Kristy-Ann Valentine, BA Ec. (@KristyAnnCharl2) reported

@Bell @KidsHelpPhone @komangaapik Children in trouble don’t have a phone & don’t know they are being hurt until It’s too late. Important to be careful who’s care you entrust children too. There are many experiences that can’t be unseen & can’t be fixed. This is a serious problem which can’t be fixed alone.
