This is hardly news but @Bell has the worst setup for customer service I have ever encountered. Trying to help mom and dad change the credit card their automatic mobility payment comes out of and it’s a positively comical procedure

@JcqMit @Bell_Support I just downloaded and opened the Fibe app and am able to watch tv (blue jays game 🧢⚾) with no issues. oh & I used Amazon firestick to access the app.

@Bell_Support How long does it take to fix this damn issue? After a long days work, people like to sit down relax and watch their shows while others get recorded, which isn’t being done right now so we’ll be missing them!!! Better get a credit on my invoice next month!!!
