Bell sets a strong example of how customers should be treated. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience with @Fidomobile, where customer support and business practices have fallen well short of that standard.

You are billing me monthly since even if I don’t have any service with you!!! Called you twice, you told me everything was fine. Still received 2 bills today!!
