    Ordered a 50’ Ethernet cable so my kid can (hopefully) school-at-home without interruption this week. My @bell connection is trash. Wifi signal drops whenever anyone moves in the living room. 😬

    Im shocked by the fact that I have to explain what a scheduled appointment is to @bell. This is just crappy customer service and I def do not recommend their products.

    .@Bell_Support She called to get help, and the lady there accused her of calling the number or if not her, my dad must've made them. The support person told my mother "well you'd better talk to your husband then.". Please treat your customers better.
