POA sent over a wk ago and again yesterday. He is in critical care and needs his phone to connect with family. Why do I have to be contacted by your law dept? #terrible

As previous posters have said. 1st world prices for 3rd world service. I actually had better cell service when I was in Cuba.

They couldn't find our account in their system. Odd. They can always find us when it's time to pay. 3 trips to Bell before we got the router. Still no internet.

In the case of emergency, need a phone. To use a cell, I have to drive several kilometres to get a signal. Ridiculous. 😡
