@GratisLoqui @Bell @EORN_CA I 100% agree. To @EORN_CA the problem has been solved and Xplornet was the solution in their eyes. Curious how many of the board members at EORN have that service. It’s not adequate. I have Joe 15 and currently getting 5 on a good day. 🤬

  • WeatherLandG 🌤 L&G Weather, News & Traffic ☃️ (@WeatherLandG) reported from Augusta, Ontario

@747_s @Bell @EORN_CA @SteveClarkPC @MikeBarrettON @Xplornet Our friends at @EORN_CA are supposed to be representing us but they’re endorsing an inferior service. They need to ditch Xplornet and support reliable, affordable carriers that people here can afford. I pay over $100 a month for 15 Mbps this is not a reasonable expense!

@Bell Nah, don’t trust this one but. Pure fibre doesn’t even reach to old community areas/ old housing areas. It’s been a handful of years as a bell customer and our internet is still capped 100mb in our area. Internet drops bellow 40mb 30% of the time.

  • writingright4u Sheralyn Roman (@writingright4u) reported

@Bell at what point do you actually give a f$$$ about customers? We moved over a week ago, paid for phone forwarding cause we couldn’t use our same number and you still aren’t forwarding our calls or playing the recorded message. Lost business !!! 25 year customer! FFS!

  • Sandenn Sandenn (@Sandenn) reported

@jerryleewilson The entire @Bell media suite of apps are garbage. Don’t work on Apple TV, spotty at best over web and mobile

  • AudioDial Audio Guy (@AudioDial) reported

@nejsnave @Bell @bell is THE worst company in the world. Claimed $122 million covid relief and fire workers anyway; outsource jobs; rip us off with infrastructure that tax payers subsidized; leverage their monopoly to kill competition. They should be forced to subsidize internet for low income.

  • MrKevinBailey Kevin Bailey (@MrKevinBailey) reported

2 hrs 47 mins on phone w #Rogers @RogersBiz My bill doubled this month. New person needs to look into it. They refuse to have someone call me back. Ask me if I’m a happy customer. @Bell #Bell can you help?

  • Rootbrian_ Rootbrian's updates, rational thoughts & opinions (@Rootbrian_) reported

@sharuss1 @Bell_Support Is this via wired or wireless connection? Highly suggest wired, because you'll never get anything close to gigabit or higher over a wireless connection.
