Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. I have noticed my ability to use cell networks in Ottawa and area seem to have greatly gone down on multiple devices(Apple/android) many friends agree the service has gotten really lousy and slow. Talk and scroll almost impossible now

Not "stay on hold" or "we're going to call you back" which is the nice new thing companies with real customer service do. Just "we're busy. Call back later." Ken Braithwaite (@DStrungk) reported@Bell_Support We have a Bell streamer. It died. Phone help told us to go to a store. The store in Ancaster was no help. They told us they would do nothing and told us to buy a Fire Stick. Which wouldn't work as we cast to the streamer. So we aren't getting what we paid for.
