  Called Bell again and they say they’ll “escalate it” and “maybe” have it fixed later today. No guarantee, no urgency. Their casual response while our patients wait is incredibly frustrating. This keeps happening. When your internet provider disrupts a medical clinic, it directly harms real people who need care today.   4: called to cancel @VirginPlus , they offered me @Bell loyalty program, and another scheduled appointment. And yet even after switching to the main and guaranteeing a full install and everything done , NOPE , still nothing
