    @ryangerritsen @Bell Cancelled them recently. Roger’s came to the door and threw down some offers. I moved the internet plus 4 cell phones. I save 100 a month. Bell kept raising my cell phones. I called them about it multiple times. See you later @bell

    @ryangerritsen @Bell Freedom Mobile is setting the standard, Everyone I know is renegotiating, or leaving. If you threaten to leave, they will drop your rates. Just talked to 3 people today, who got better deals. It's like redoing mortgages, never sign the offer the bank makes

    @ryangerritsen @Bell I’d love to know who gets a Retention rebate, I’m pretty certain you see a demographic behind it. Why does my bill state $141 for Fibe 1.5g minus a $30 bundle. But if you go online the service is $90 for 1.5g and bundle discount for $70. I’ve called numerous times to retention and always told I am getting the best rate they can offer.

    @Bell I’m a Fibe customer. I have the Fibe TV app on my smart TVs. don’t use my cable box. I called in to have it removed & was told that by removing the box my fee will go up. service stays same just getting rid of equipment that’s not reqd. I don’t understand the logic.

    any one else have issue with @Bell Canada, try to contact senor manager who hides behind there trained seals .. Had a service tec LIE about a problem which would result in me digging up my driveway No accountability from Bell Canada
