I love how I have to argue with @Bell once a month to get anything done properly. Between getting transferred between departments to any employee actually have the right information. Managers would sooner pay you off than deal with any issues.

@Bell_Support Called Bell Canada. Worst customer service. Tried to upgrade my phone plan. Was promised a plan that never materialized and was deceitfully forced into another plan I did not even agree to. Is this proper customer service? Now, they have opened a ticket to review.

@CRTCeng Actually it’s not a frequency issue & @Bell has confirmed it’s locked. iPhone 13's are sold as unlocked for usage within Canada. For usage in certain international countries, locks are still in place as an anti-theft and fraud measure. Please contact our Prevention team at 1-800

@Bell taking advantage of seniors again. Sold my parents on their service, cut off wifi and phone in half their house and now charging them $100 to come@back and fix it.
