    @Bell_Support Hahaha a manager once called me and told me to stop complaining. It’s been years & years of very expensive, crap service. But don’t worry, @rogers is bring service to my street and we’ve already paid our @SpaceXStarlink deposit.

    @Bell_Support says its @Microsoft issue, and vice versa, meanwhile all my devices constantly ask for my password in Outlook 365! Can you both sort it out pronto?

    @Bell_Support You should start by expanding your network by installing more antennas. That would fix it.

    @thecupcakegal @Bell_Support Just was on the phone with technical support. There is an outage affecting Virgin BSL in Ontario and Québec, it is a network issue so there is nothing else to do on our end (connection might be up and down, connected to the modem but no internet) Expected time for repair is 3pm
