  @NovaScotiaRasta @bamayhew @Bell @Eastlink @Fidomobile What galls me most is that @bell wouldn't match the offers from their competition. Fido has sweetened the pot that will let me terminate my service with @Bell_Aliant. So in theory @Bell_Support and @Bell_Aliant could lose 3 lines from us.

  @Reil76 @Bell Bell sent me to collections for failing to return equipment during Covid, when stores wouldn't accept it and they didn't send labels to mail it back. Everything about Bell sucks, and their fees are outrageous. Good luck!

  @Reil76 @IConcedeToNoOne @Bell They offered us a deal on Friday , booked hook up for tv yesterday but everything they sent us to do did not work so by Monday we cancelled the whole thing !! They lost 3 phones ,tv and home internet ,they did nothing and we got a bill by Saturday !!! Never again !!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

  @Bell Your loyalty team is brutal You dont care about customers or excellent customer service They hung up on me after giving me the insulting offer and no call back Funny you dont want to help me out now after 6 hours on the phone, and when I leave you will call daily for a month

  @Rogers @RogersHelps 3 days later and no response and currently on hold 1 hour and 20 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. After being a customer for 30 years, when I do get through to a human being it will be to cancel. @Bell picked up my call immediately yesterday....
