    @Bell_Support Everyone I work with that are with bell can not acces their voicemail and calls I am making out to people that have voicemail are dead air. So not just a me problem.

    @Bell_Support Hi, Bell! I have the Fibe TV app on my iPad, but every time I turn on a channel, the closed captioning automatically comes on, and I have to turn it off manually. I’ve checked the Settings and it is not set to be on. How do I fix this?

    @samuel_clements @radzima @Bell That’s the thing. It doesn’t need to be justified to end users. They don’t know the difference. It should just be there. Don’t want to use it? No problem. Needing it and being told that we can’t have it? Problem. Short-sighted vendors and ISPs shouldn’t be dictating what we need.

    @Bell is the worst company ever. Bill fluctuates month to month without me altering my services ever! So frustrating!

    Pals who have walked away from the Big 3, please let me know how that worked out. @Bell_Support apparently can't find a way to provide service for a single line under $100/month, and I am done.

    @bell to confirm that Bell helping us switch….just sent us a French only email saying they are going to suspend service because of the amount of the bill, but when I call they call centre, the agent says no such suspension exists….and then 45 minutes later…they suspend it!

    Hey @Bell - we’ve had your canvassers at our door FOUR TIMES this week, despite telling them we don’t want to speak with them. They’ve asked increasingly personal questions about our home and service. Not cool.

    @Bell customers: check your bills and don't let them take automatic payments! There have been one small billing mistake on my bill this month and last month. If I don't write to ask, there is no credit to fix this. Unacceptable. Terrible service!
